Aok Flooring and Kitchens.

These people are despicable. They stole $450 from my boyfriend's senior citizen parents. They changed a $450 cash deposit and charged $5000 to their credit card. The female who charged the cash deposit had many excuses about what the delay was with delivering the flooring and more excuses about install. They eventually got their credit card charges reversed but now are out $450 cash. That is not acceptable. I don't know about everyone else out there but $450 in my books is too much. Never mind a couple that lives in a fixed income. I have a message for AOK flooring: Make it right. Give them back their cash

Her and her company stole over 4,000 yes 4,000 from a senior citizen. I was getting married and my mother graciously bought us new cabinets and countertops. We received cabinets, some of which are missing or incorrect. Once we received cabinets she asked for deposit to do countertops, which we provided by interac. That was in May. To date we have heard every imaginable excuse including Covid, she was drugged, domestic problems etc. we requested return of deposit two months ago and was told countertops were being polished and would be installed. Then told her accountant was not available then told it was the countertop person who was responsible for deposit return, then told she was waiting for additional cabinet we ordered, which we did not. All of this to no avail. This is truly deplorable and very sad to rip off a senior. We will be pursuing legal action and further if anyone would like to join us in a class action. Please contact me at this email. Please for the love of god do NOT use or have any association with this woman. I will not stop until I receive deposit back. These are our wrong cabinets and no countertop. Also the island was supposed to be four by six and it is two by five no refund in different of size or cabinet

I purchased cabinets for a rental unit. At first the lady was kind but noticed bad reviews. I went to their other location in Marine way Vancouver. They were great but Trish or whoever she calls herself screwed everything up. Sent me the wrong color took many attempts to get product. Always having a family issue and scattered when asked where the products were or when to expected to be ready. Save yourself sometime she will screw your cabinets up and apparently take your money

Took my deposit in April 2022 and never delivered product. Will not return voicemails, text messages or email. Closed out the store front leaving no way to contact them. Do NOT give these people ANY money or you will loose it.

Much like everyone else they screwed us over in a span over 11 months….. missing cabinets, endless excuses, took forever, had our lowers custom painted and it was such bad work we had to get them painted. We ordered painted crown for the cabinets and she had someone drive to the store and picked up primed crown moulding and had it delivered and said that was what we ordered and had it dropped off at 9:30 at night. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!If I could give these guys a -5 star rating I would. I see they somehow had google delete their old reviews because I had left a pretty lengthy review before. Had multiple customers contact me as well over social media with the same problems. Stay far away from this place unless you want to be screwed and left helpless for months on end.

Worst experience ever trying to get my kitchen done. Started installing on Feb 25th. I finally had to find my own installer to finish the job on May 6th. After many phone calls text messages and visits to the business. My advice is stay away from AOK. Pay the extra with someone else and get a professional business to do your kitchen.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Very unorganized. Lying about delivery and everyday is a different excuse. It's been unbelievable actually. Has cost me more money because I've had to reorganize other trades and now I can't move into my house on time either. There has been nothing good come out of dealing with this company!

Same experience as others. They steal your deposit. We were able to get our’s reversed by the credit card company. Avoid this business

Stay away, unless you want to be constantly lied to and want to add stress to your life. We started the kitchen cabinet install in late winter and finally have it finished in June. We had issues with the owner, Tasha, measuring wrong and ordering the wrong cabinets. We had other cabinets that had the wrong doors and it took her over 2 months to get the correct doors. The cabinets we did get had 3 different construction methods for the same cabinets. If you are doing them yourself be aware that there are no instructions and you should be pretty good at DIY. We also had one door that the hinge holes were drilled in the wrong place. After 3 months of fighting with the owner to order a new one, I ended up modifying the door myself by elongating the holes so the door would close properly. My biggest issue was with the owner constantly lying about when stuff was going to be delivered. Every time I went in, she would say it's on the next truck. She would use this lie every time, just to get the customer out of her face. It is probably the most poorly , unprofessional run company I've ever dealt with. My kitchen does look good but only because I was able to overcome all the deficiencies of the cabinet manufacturing.
