Recently bought a used car at Eds Auto Sales, I went to a few dealers looking for this car, Ed had one on the lot, Talked to Ed after visiting 6 dealers. He gave me the best price, which included the used car warranty. All of the paperwork was finalized that day, I picked up the car the next day. The guy is very efficient and knows his stuff. Very happy with my SUV purchase a couple months ago. The salesperson was very helpful and no pressure. Ed was straightforward and did a couple little touch ups to the vehicle which made me happy. I price shopped and found his prices very reasonable in comparison to the market.

3 months ago, i went to Ed's auto sales looking for a used car, when I got there, the car was sold, so Ed told me that he can find me the same car and get it for me, I was reluctant at first, but I decided to go for it. Ed showed pictures of the car the options available. When we got the car it turned out better than what we had seen in pictures, and it had a couple more options extra, and cheaper than what we had budgeted for. Ed explained the extended warranty thoroughly, and the financing plan was a good variable rate. All in all, Ed went above and beyond my expectations. it has been the best car I bought from a small used car lot. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Called on a Friday about a 2017 ram 1500, went and test drove the next day and kicked it up the following Tuesday! Can’t thank ed enough for getting me in the truck as soon as possible!

Very good experience. Was turned down by alot of other places. They all wanted to sell me a sedan that would not work for my situation.I called Ed, was approved the same day with money down. For a 2016 ram. Was definitely not expecting to be approved for such a nice truck.I was also having a problem with my lights on my trailer so I brought it back and even tho it wasn't in the warranty. Ed still took his time to help me.The whole process was really quick and easy.I would most definitely recommend buying from these guys.

Dishonest and untrustworthyWithin the first couple weeks I’ve received my vehicle, the engine light came on. I took the time out of my day to bring my car in on a few different occasions. The same issue kept coming back, he claimed the issues with the turbo were taken care of which is untrue. Ed acts completely oblivious to there being problems with the car, and doesn’t take any accountability. He even tried to consider that maybe the gas cap was loose. I was forced to get a rental and pay out of pocket over the weekend because I was told I’d get my vehicle by the end of the day but the mechanic held it for a few days, the best he could do was offer to pay to fill my gas up. The worst part of it all is that it was for nothing because the problem hasn’t been resolved. For some strange reason he didn’t want to tell me where he brought the car to repair it and refuses to provide records of it. After taking in my vehicle in for a recall, multiple problems arised that aren’t covered in the warranty due to being different oil leaks instead of air leaks. One problem that stood out was the coil pack connector being completely broken and repaired with silicone. When I first purchased the vehicle Ed also mentioned that there were brand new winter tires on the car, but it felt as if there was no traction while driving in the snow which led to me almost getting in a couple accidents. I’m being forced to pay money to fix the vehicle at a cost about half of what I purchased the vehicle for and it hasn’t even been a year! I can go on and on, but overall it’s been a very negative experience, do your future self a favour and take your business elsewhere!!
