Barb's Produce

Was lucky to be able to meet Barb who used to run farms for many, many years. She now visits local farms to curate the selection offered at the stand. She was patient in talking me through each veggie and fruit I was interested in. When showing me the redstone peaches they had she even showed me photos on her phone of when she soaked some, how vibrant red the water was, and she passionately explained how she used them on a breakfast meal. I got a lot from there and everything was great. I loved the green onions, best ones I have ever had! What a cool little spot!

Such a great family business bringing us the freshest fruits and vegetables July through October. Can’t wait for this year’s opening

The best corn around!

Our favourite place for corn. The staff are always helpful and kind. We have probably bought close to 100 dozens of corn over the years and have never been disappointed.

Seasonal fresh Ontario produce right in town. Gives you that side of the road country farm market feeling but right in your own neighbourhood. Reasonable prices, young and friendly enthusiastic staff. Recommended for those last minute fresh ingredients for tonight’s supper!
