Although I live in Calgary, I was recently referred to High River Country Chrysler for service on my dodge truck. To be honest, I've never had much luck with dealerships, but the service manager Scott and the team in the service department are incredible. They went way above and beyond to help get my truck diagnosed, fixed, running and back on the road. Not only that, but Scott also followed up a couple weeks after the service to make sure everything was running smooth and I was all taken care of. The service team there are honest, trustworthy, efficient and experienced. I'll be taking my trucks to be serviced there from now on!

We have been dealing with Country Chrysler for years now and they have never disappointed us. We were quoted a price for a remanufactured steering rack and when the install was completed I noticed on the invoice they had accidentally ordered a new rack which was $400 more. I called them and they resolved the issue quickly and issued us a cheque for the difference. Even now that we are back living in Calgary it’s well worth the drive to High River to have anything done to our vehicles. Thank you Scott and staff for always making our visit quick and it’s always nice seeing everyone’s smiling faces.

Typical you didn't buy it here, we're not really going to help you out service department. Brought in early morning friday, called later in the afternoon to ask how the warranty work was going, was told it has been in shop all day as I was standing next to it in the parking lot. Brought back early Monday morning after being lied to that there techs work weekends, to again have no work done on it, and now going to private shop to get my tires rotated not covered by warranty to go back to work. Will never step foot in this dealership again. Friendly, but very untrained and untruthful staff.

They were great. Very professional. During my visit another customer came in it was extremely rude and obnoxious. The parts manager(I think) handled the situation with professionalism and patience even as the customer kept yelling and refused to listen. Later, he apologized to all of us in the waiting area for what had occurred. I will continue to travel from Calgary to High River for my service knowing the kind of people taking care of my truck. Well done!

Very poor service. Changed parts on my vehicle that weren’t mine but paperwork said it was. When trying to discuss this discrepancy I unable to get to the point because every time I tried to speak the owner/manager would interrupt me . Paperwork was false claiming I had brought my own parts to be changed and that is a lie. So forewarning to anyone going here make sure you read paperwork before signing and confirm the work. I highly recommend that no one do business here. They are unethical!!!!!

Scott and group at Country Chrysler what a good bunch! I trust this group so much I broke down in SK and they wanted to replace my whole engine, yes a whole new engine! So instead I got my vehicle towed straight to Country Chrysler and they walked me through what they found and what only needed to be done and it wasn't replacing my whole engine! Trust me when I said you can trust these guys! Thank you for always great serviceCan't thank Scott and his team enough!

All I can say is take the drive from Calgary and go visit Eugene.Super happy with the service at this dealership. I'm from Calgary and I've recently purchased my 2nd truck from this dealership, and the process has been incredible.Prompt service is key... the most stressful part of financing a car is the financing... and it is so nice to have such prompt professional service from the financing department at Country Chrysler. I really appreciate the staff at this dealership!!! Today was one of those days- in a hurry, locked key fob in running jeep and of course couldn’t find the other fob! One quick call to dodge and Scott came to rescue me. They treat their clients like family and let me tell you, he made my super brutal start to the day, soooo much better. We love our jeep, appreciate their service and when we need to do an upgrade, we will be buying from them again!
