We shopped at Moore's to fit my son for a suit for his graduation. The sales lady's name was Bonnie and her manager's name is Lesley. Bonnie's customer service skills were impeccable. We would highly recommend this business.Thank you Bonnie

No staff approached to help us prepare for our wedding. We waited 20 minutes at the counter as well as looking at the suits. Very poor customer service and not going to return. Entire wedding party will shop elsewhere.

Great selection of dress shirts and dress pants. Staff members are friendly and attentive. Look for Tash, he will find you the best fit for you.

This place has been more than accommodating for my wedding. They are friendly and are willing to satisfy. They go above and beyond to ensure you get what you want. I appreciate everything they have and continue to do for me, to make my day the best it can be Moores is definitely the place to go! Prices are pretty reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

I've stopped into Moores twice in the past week or so, with drastically different experiences each time. The first time I went to purchase an outfit for an upcoming wedding and the staff was very helpful, polite, checked my measurements and made sure I had everything I needed. The second time I went back to get a vest to match my suit, and the employee I asked for help was rude, dismissive, and left me to find a vest on my own with minimal assistance as well as no interaction after that point. The vast difference in customer service was very noticeable, and disappointing, especially considering the cost of the clothing offered at Moores, I would expect better. I did end up buying a vest, and I am happy with my purchase, but not happy with the general treatment I received today.

I used Moores for the suit rentals for my wedding. the suits themselves were fine enough quality but the service was of poor quality along with the companies polices for this provinces as I will explain further down and this store is unorganized. When me any my groomsmen were fitted I got a hint of inexperience, as the person sizing us was unsure of a lot of things and didn't know how the computer systems worked. I figured he could have been new. That was fair enough as long as everything was done right I didn't care, after all everyone was new at a job at some point. As time went on though my grooms men were having a really hard time as every time they went into the store for fittings (some of us went at different times or different locations) they were never able to find my account for the wedding and this would always result in me having to make multiple calls trying to clear up their mistake. Turns out they ended up making 2 accounts for me and they kept mixing them up.The time finally came when the suits should have been in. I called the store and they informed me the suits were not in and the company policy said they didn't have to have the suits till the Thursday. This was different from when I was fitted as they said they would be in a week or so before the event. They informed me that if there was any issues they could over night a suit and have it in on Friday before shippers shutdown for the weekend. I asked if this was guaranteed as everyone in Newfoundland knows that shipping can be delayed here. The sales associate told me the shipper in the past had shorted them deliveries. At this point I wasn't confident in them being able to deliver what I needed but I didn't have any options. They took my phone number at said they would call and email as soon as the suits came in. On Thursday the suits did arrive but I was never informed via phone or email. It was only when I called that I was notified. When my Groomsmen and I arrived my Best mans suit jacket didn't fit. They put an order in to have one shipped over night. God love my Best man as he made changes to his Friday plans and hounded them to try and get this mess sorted. Sadly this amounted to nothing as the next day no suit coat arrived and the only thing they could do is take the jacket that was too big and take in the button.Moral of this story is if you are planning a wedding do not rent your suits from Moores. Its way to much worry and head ache that is way to close to your biggest day! The sales associates are friendly enough but they are unorganized and incompetent.

My husband and I had the best customer service I have ever experienced in St Johns ..Keith Wiseman our salesperson was very professional and explained everything in detail concerning the cloth of each suit to how the pricing went ..... Outfitted my husband in two beautiful suits outwear shirts and ties ....at no point did we feel pressured into buying . Kudos to Keith great member of your sales team ......keep up the great work

Much better service experience than I have had at other suit stores. When I'm dropping a larger amount of cash, I'm not willing to fool around. I want polite, supportive, organized, decisive people serving me. This location has that.

Go anywhere else for a suit rental. Lied to by the staff of whereabouts of rentals. Told it was in-store twice when actually in Mississauga still. Things missing from bags, wrong sizes ordered. Staff was rude and rushy when it showed up late. Seamstress was leaving at 3pm but suits never showed up until 230 day before the wedding.

As part of a recent wedding we came amongst the party to get sized. We were recently contacted to come in 2 weeks before the wedding to be resized.. a blonde with a pony tail came over and said we didn’t need to as we’d just been there a few weeks ago but at least one of the party drove in from out of town as per this advisement. Most everyone required adjustments in sizing so this left an especially sour taste. I am getting married later this year and likely won’t be bringing any business here myself.
