Canadian Tire

I shop here quite a bit, mostly when we need to replace tools or for household repairs like our shower head for example . The staff are very helpful and are nice. We live not far away from the store so the location is perfect for us and staff is usually polite & ready to help.For prices,I usually wait for higher price items to go on sale as you can get nice discounts on lot of the items

Management is unprofessional, Canadian Tire staff damages public vehicles and refuse to own their mistake. Canadian Tire Management refused to investigate at time of incident. Canadian Tire Manager walked away stating he was busy to document an incident. Canadian Tire Auto Parts Manager assured he would look into incident, check camera footage and reach out in a professional. Surprisingly until today Canadian Tire management is still busy to start an investigation. Canadian Tire manager suggested as a consumer we have no right to question Canadian Tire Staff's mistake and they are not allowed to check video footage under privacy act. Canadian Tire manager suggested to file a Police report and follow up with Police if they are able to help because present Canadian Tire Manager cannot help in this matter. Authorized Canadian Tire manager is still busy and have no time to investigate the incident.Well Done Canadian Tire Management !!!

So disappointed by the pick up/curb side service. I ordered some stuff for my kids and had my husband do the pick up, but because I forgot to include his name on the order, they wouldn't give him the order (I get it, they have policies in place for a reason). However, the way they spoke to my husband and myself when I called was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. While I understand policies are in place for a reason, common sense has to kick in at some point. I had forwarded the email to my husband so he had the pick up QR code, the last names on the the order were the same as was the mailing address. I feel like management should have the ability to make exceptions to the policies when there is a logical reason.

I have common sense and good at logistics and following instructions and read well...... but this store has no staff and misleading signage on a 16' section. When I finally get someone to assist me in confirming the signage, I get attitude.Not the typical Canadian Tire standards here. I personally would choose a different location and will not be returning there.

Staff are not welcoming or smiling. This is Canada where you find people always smiling, polite and cheerful. And this I am not judging from my one visit, I have been there almost 5-6 times in auto services and in store.

Not impressed with the return customer service employee. Trying to return a cushion for my 80 year old dad and feel like I was being interrogated. I have receipt with the original bag and tag. Thank you to the long hair lady that allow my return.

Super easy to find whatever you are looking for. I search the website and it tells me exactly which aisle the item I am looking for will be in. As for the store, everything is very organized. The staff are friendly and helpful, when you need help looking for something. Love coming here and finding random deals you don’t find elsewhere!

Excellent store! But cashiers were bit unwelcoming. They were in their own world talking and laughing(while billing), didn't even bother to acknowledge.

My wife and I went to the 2110-101 street location { Edmonton } today . We were trying to find the air conditioner at a sales price we saw . Mani a pleasnt gentlemen asked how he could help we followed him to the air conditioners and he told us the sale on this particular unit was weeks ago .We were felling lost he said he would check with management . He came back to us with a smile on his face and said they could honour the sale price , we were over joyed. Just a shout out to Mani for such great customer service !!! Thanks C & M
