Wow what a 5-Star experience! This is our 3rd BMW and perhaps the best experience out of all of them. Both Ebrahim who helped with selecting our car and Brian (Finance Manager) were amazing people and so accommodating. They went over and beyond to make sure that we have a good experience and can choose the car and plan which best suits our lifestyle. This is absolutely the best BMW dealership experience in Vancouver! Thank you

Great Experience!I am a long time Audi driver who decided to try a BMW for a change. Walking into a BMW store on Burrard without any knowledge of the brand was not the best feeling . At the reception I was introduced to a sales person named Elena de Candia. Her product knowledge is impressive and I found her personality engaging and pleasant . She made my first experience dealing with BMW very pleasant. I have never had such a joyful experience buying a car. I also had an opportunity to interact with other staff members of the dealership and I must say I was very impressed with their professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Elena and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a stress free purchasing experience buying a vehicle . THANK YOU !

Excellent customer service from Zack. My family purchased a car here a few years ago and recently had to purchase another through a new car replacement policy following a collision. Our experiences have been very smooth and resulted in obtaining everything we needed at the best price while enjoying great service overall. Highly recommended ...my husband and I walked in late on a Thursday night without an appointment and Neil Shah took the time to answer all our questions, provide more information that he thought would be useful in our decision making and was very helpful without making us feel pressured to buy. We are new to BMW and were very impressed with the level of service Neil provided. We are now waiting for our iX and look forward to working with him on future purchases as well.

I just bought a new car. Elena and Mavis is doing a great job. They treat me like VIP. They care my business and they know what I need and expect. I feel different compare with other BMW dealer. Great customer experience - will recommend my friends.

For context, this was my first time purchasing a car and first time purchasing with a partner… and I received the classic “Dealership Ignores the Woman” treatment. Although my boyfriend and I: Attended together, asked questions together, made decisions together, explicitly stated that this car was for both of us, and PAID 50/50… The salesman rarely looked me in the eyes, rarely spoke to me, did not remember my name on both visits (and therefore failed to introduce me to the other staff members we had to talk to), and congratulated my boyfriend only when I was standing merely 3 paces away from him chatting with a friend. As well, the insurance agent assumed the title would be under my boyfriend only and when we clarified that we wanted to co-own, he said we would now have pay to add my name to the title (because he had been moving through the process as though it was just my boyfriend). He also advised that since we are only boyfriend/girlfriend that the title is better under one name… which, fine, except I paid for half the car? To be clear, we told both the salesman and finance agent that we were to co-own on both visits. There was also an instance where I felt the finance gentleman responded to me in a condescending tone, but I’m not going to get into that.Both my boyfriend and friends noticed this unbalanced treatment.We had far better service at the Burnaby BMW store with a lovely salesman named Jackie and would recommend that dealership over Burrard BMW.
