I DO NOT KNOW what these negative comments are about because this is the ONLY PLACE I would trust with my 3 Bordercollies! Karine & her team take extra care from the shampooing, hair trimming & nail trimming. Never have we had any issues! I would highly recommend!!

The girls here are amazing, my dog is comfortable here and Korin makes her feel special which makes me very happy. Thank you so much for looking after my fur baby so very well.

My sensitive giant dog comes out of there wagging his tail and is so proud of himself. His fur feels like velvet and I love the little bibs they give him!

Whether is has been one of my senior dogs or just starting a puppy on being groomed they have been caring and professional. Great tips too on how to keep your dog looking good between groomings.

Paid $125+tax for my 65lb golden doodle to be cleaned up, and they didn't even do his nails or paws. Seems like a steep price considering the highest cost on their website for large breed long hair dogs is $75.

Not happy at all with the service. I own a Rottweiler who just turned 9 months old, trusted near kids & other dogs, very friendly & affectionate. Because my dog growled when the lady tried to cut one of his nails she kicked us out saying “I need my hands”. STRONGLY feel if you are afraid of any type of breed of dog you MOST CERTAINLY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AT A PET GROOMING SPA. Most dogs dislike getting their nails cut, but because of his breed you discriminate my puppy. I also have a bichon frise who growls when anyone cuts his nails & has never & will never be turned down by a groomer. The disrespect from the ladies towards my pup is not okay. He did not show any signs of aggression where he would harm anyone, growled from discomfort of having his paw twisted & nails cut. VERY NORMAL FOR ANY DOG TO DO SO.

The ladies did an absolutely amazing job with Arkade. He's difficult to groom and gets really fussy with his paws. The ladies groomed him very well and were very nice and professional. Thank you so much!
