Atmosphere was typical for a Friday dinner. The greeting was great and the waitress was exceptional. Food was great!

Erin from New Zealand our server was AWESOME! Erin has a delightful sense of humour, she is able to redirect and keep the conversation going while maintaining professionalism both towards us as customers and her employer.Our order was perfect, fast, and delicious as always.Only negative we ever have here is the music is loud.

Beware:3 plugged toilets in women's bathroom.Excruciatingly slow service.Tiny food.Big price.Waitress didn't warn us you can't replace fries with soup....$$$$$No refills when offered.Took 15 minutes to get bill....we had an appointment to go to.Food tasted good.Mr Mike's has been a place I love since I was a teenager, I'm over 60 now and don't need to put up with this. Waitress tried to dazzle us and we only felt scammed.

Kayle is such an AWESOME server! She is attentive, kind, has a great memory of people (even though it’s been months since I came in!) and she is just the bomb! Keep it up girl!

The staff are very friendly and experienced. The quantity of food is always more than I need and I end up taking half home for another meal. And bonus, if you are registered with them, a free birthday dessert arrives at your table.

We enjoy going to Mike's,it's a relaxed atmosphere. I tried different menu options that were fairly new.The one thing we noticed is that the seats on the booth need to be updated( replaced).The server was kind and thorough.Overall good experience, we will be back.

I really liked this place. Open terrace and very interesting menu. I ordered a salad from the menu and didn't know it was spicy. I don't like spicy. when the waitress came, I said that this was my choice and unfortunately I didn’t like it, I’ll come next time and try something else. She offered to replace the salad, but I already had to go. She didn't count the salad. I was very impressed with the service, I did not expect this and I even felt uncomfortable because I ate a little. 10/10The atmosphere is amazing, the terrace is very nice. The most amazing impression - service. Thank you.*BBQ salad pretty spicy, now you know;)

My wife and I came in last night our server was Daidra and she was incredible. She had a great personality; friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She was busy but we never felt neglected or ignored! The summer platter was amazing! And we hope to see Daidra again!

I have to say this was the worst service and meal I have ever had in Red Deer. There were 5 of us celebrating my birthday and wanted to enjoy a good meal out. The burger was plain, with no taste. If one is paying over 20.00 for a burger, it better be worth it. The server forgot to bring us our waters, did not take the time to ask how things were and left me without a beverage for over half an hour. She came to the table once in that time frame, no they were not busy, and saw my drink empty but did not ask if I wanted another. I asked for a take-out container, she dropped it on the floor and expected me to use that one. I will not be back, nor will I suggest this place to anyone. Unfortunately, I should have asked for reviews before we went there as no one I spoke to had anything nice to say about this place. Our bill was well over 150.00 and I expected more for that price.
