I have been with SiteDudes for 7 years and highly recommend it. This company is creative, professional and very savvy in the social media world. Every question I have ever had has been consistently met with the most caring Customer service representatives. If you look around, you will find that their pricing is extremely fair. I plan on staying with this company long term. I can't imagine finding a better Web Site host for my business.

I have been frustrated with my website for awhile. Whenever I send updates, they appear with formatting errors. I can't actually speak with the person who is doing the work, as it is always just goes through a receptionist. When I upgrade, it will be with a different organization.

After using their service for a bit there was nothing but problems. Lost my emails from clients for who knows how long not once but twice with zero analytics or anything. Lack of maintaining site as that is what they promote to do. Always pushing for more services to pay for but still lack the service. They have poor response times and down right dont care about client's as long as they pay their bill and don't complain. Save yourself the hassel and dont bother with site dudes as I feel they are a step up from a basement website provider company at best. Thanks for showing me there are wayyyy better providers out there with less hassel

Not a very customer oriented company. I was paying for a year or more of service that wasn't being used anymore. Asked to have it cancelled but they weren't responsive. I had one month of service they wanted to be paid for yet even though nothing was being served for over a year at that point. The manager seems to care more about the money they make than the customers they serve.Their work was very generic!I will never recommend them, but will warn all potential customers to find a better company to serve them.

highly NOT recommended. Tried a sitedudes website several years ago, it was beyond disappointing. Set up and communication was bad from the start. The site generated ZERO business. Now years later after I cancelled their horrible service they email me some sort of bill or collection notice. Stay away from these guys there are far more credible and quality options. feel free to message me and I will forward you the correspondence showing how disasters their communication and customer service is. I will also share it all on Activerain and other industry pages so nobody else makes the same mistake.

Was with Site Dudes for a few years. My customer service rep was personally great and very friendly and prompt to deal with, Catia. There were numerous disruptions to my work email over these years from problems on Site Dudes end. Updates when requested were poorly executed and generally always incomplete. Both of these issues were repetitive and quite frustrating. In trying to cancel my service with Site Dudes and transfer my domain, the process took over 1.5 months and was not addressed in any problem solving manner until I had 'escalated' it as far as I could. Overall, I would recommend working with a smaller company who can offer the same services, and better design options for your site and hosting services. There are plenty out there who would have more accountability and desire to make your site and business run smoothly, as their success would be relevant to your success as well.

She has always gone the extra mile to make sure that any issues were taken care of quickly. She has always been friendly and willing to help. Site dudes has taken my business online and to the next level. I highly recommend using them!
