Very bad experience with service and product,three punjabi girls were there at sunday afternoon shift .Dealing very causally with customers without lostening properly doing there own gossip making wrong sandwich,Not followed instruction and added their own choice sauce .when asked about the reason ,they mentioned rush for online orders.Very causal approachNobody should go over there

We won’t give you any review. The worst ever service here. We just left the store and writing this review. As she started making our sub, We asked her to change the bread as it was not good, but she did not have any new bread. She could have told us calmly, instead she became furious. This should not be you customer service. Even after we asked for other option they had in bread, she pointed her finger towards the breads & like that’s all they have. She should have let us know by her mouth not with the fingers. Don’t want to spoil her name but you should be careful about it. If you are doing customer service, and the customer is not happy with that, there is no meaning of your business.

Is there any option for negative reviews. From when subway is accepting this kind of service I always go there and no one said that they can’t pack the sandwich seperate and i know i have wirked in subway for three years the girl name mannu serving me she was not at all happy with giving good service she first told me no that I can’t pack the sandwich separate and then she made her faces if they don’t want to work just don’t give them hours. Not at all accpectable

I generally don't give 1star but here I was compelled to do this.Event:- we ordered 3 chicken sidekick the total bill was around 16 dollars. While checking the bill it showed that each item was was billed 4.99 instead of 3.99.We asked the counter lady why it is different. She when on saying that she is correct instead of correcting her mistake.I didn't understand how the price of the items can be punched wrong and the bill is inflated by 3 dollars.Just be careful of the billed total

Such a poor service. They are rude firstly, secondly don’t listen if we ask for something extra on our sandwich…I asked a girl named harman i think to pack my order separately she literally denied saying it is busy and she cannot do it but give extra sheet with it. It will take 5 secs, you ain’t loosing your thousands in that. I have been a manager at foodcourt nd this is not a good customer service.

Very bad experience with Dhara, she literally refused to toast my sandwich even oven is working, I saw one oven is turn off and that is on cooling mode, and one is working even she refused to toast, I want to order more sandwich but she is not ready to toast then I have to take one and left, Also there is mentioned that No apple pay but I paid with my phone and it’s worked. Literally Dhara is lie about everything. I don’t know how she’s served to other customers. I will never visit again in this store.

Staff was amazing, but the funny thing is they send an email for review and when you get free drink coupon they say you have to bring QR code as their system does not recognize code. this is full of garbage. Is this company policy or scam. extra price for sandwich. not worth it.

I know its a mall location but we come here every week. I paid close to 16$ for footlong sweet onion and pop. The amount of cheese and toping were not even half of what u get at a normal sub. I know mall kisosk are always cheap on top but this is worse of worse. Will prob never ordef from this location again. I mean there are other franchisee stores and they serve good food. Bitterly dissapointed. And we had to order kfc again bcoz there was jus bread and some lettice on my sub.
