My husband and I did a couple of real estate deals with Mr. Most in North York when he was still based there. He is incredibly hard working and dedicated. The fact that he is so single-minded might rub some people the wrong way but we had an overall excellent experience with him.

If you need to know whether you're buying the right home/investment property, Mr Most is the person to consult. He has extensive in depth knowledge and awareness of the real estate prices both in Toronto area and Kawartha Lakes - residential, through to farm and water properties. No one knows the market and whether a property is a good buy and will gain value like he does.

This man walks around towns handing out sticky notes as a business card yes you heard me correctly, asking you to sell and when you say no he still comes by and bothers people will take pictures of your home without permission if he actually cared enough he put money into a business card but does not he is clearly a scam artist
