Great experience! Highly recommended. Mauro was amazing to work with, he took the time to explain and work with us through the process. It was a more complicated install but he provided a quality install and he ensured it was completed in the time he had quoted. Also upgraded our Wi-Fi at the cottage.

Been waiting for weeks for them to come out to rewire and add to our existing system. We are using a designer (who recommended them and is industry") so we didn't walk in off the street. They made an appointment 3-4 weeks in advance and no showed!!! They want to reschedule in another 3 weeks... total wait time 6-7 weeks. To add insult to injury a TV they sold us doesn't work (hasn't been used more that 15hrs) and they take zero responsibility. I know there are better companies out there that stand behind their products and provide better customer service. The only reason they get 1 star is they answered the phone. I have never dealt with a more inept company EVER!!!"

Terrible customer service. Having trouble with my Yamaha sound bar ,which was purchased from them , Was told they are not set up to help me. When I said I purchased it there he said well it will cost you .Didn't even want to help me out ,will never set foot in there again . I guess that is why most go to big box stores...

Beware they don't stand behind their work! They installed new TV, their set up never worked right and when I told them it wasn't working properly and offered to pay for a second service call, said they can't help me anymore! This is for a customer that paid them over $50,000 over past 8 years!!

I went into this store for the first time today. I was looking for s cable to connect my smart TV to a head set. The lady there who was on she computer could not take the time to leave her computer to answer my question. She kept saying she was not the correct person to answer the question that I was asking. She did not tell me who could answer my question. My wife has keep encouraging me to go their to support the local business in town. While I agree that the support of the local business is important that support has to be earned.This store did not earn my patronage. Joe Abbott

The owner and team are super knowledge in high-end audio video equipment, and offer products you cannot find at BestBuy. I was looking to upgrade my home-theatre in my cottage and came across Muskoka Audio Video. Excellent service and I will be a returning customer.
