Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital

I've had to bring my elderly parents here several times as well as xrays & ultrasounds for myself & I think the staff are amazing & always put us as ease. Thank you for great service

Went to ER in January 2022 & my wait time was fair given the circumstances. Their waiting room has cable TV & the staff were attentive to my concerns. Thank you to the doctors, nurses & support staff for all you're doing!

Took my spouse in for a colonoscopy and the joy I got from the comedy routine the nurses was amazing. I was roaring with laughter as were the patients as well which is so nice. Very organized in ambulatory care and on time. Too bad the very disorganized St Thomas hospital can't learn from the Strathroy and Four Counties example. Lots of seating

I had a hip x-ray scheduled for me at the hospital by my family physician. As the appointment was early evening, I was directed to enter through the emergency entrance. My experience was fantastic from beginning to end. As I registered, I was treated kindly and with care. The woman who assisted me was very helpful. I was instructed from there to go to the imaging area, and how to get there. Once there, I was greeted immediately and brought into a room for the X-ray. Again, I was treated with such kindness and care. Everything was clearly explained to me, and I was given the opportunity to ask questions to clarify. The hospital itself was clean and well organized. The staff I encountered was exactly the kind of people you’d hope for if being at a hospital…well spoken, compassionate, caring, and kind. In total, I was in and out of the hospital in less than half an hour. Thank you to those who helped me. Your kindness will not soon be forgotten.

Came In with my youngest for a knee injury waited 2 hrs to see the doctor only to be told to go home and come back because they needed an xray and their was no one to do it. Come back only to find out we have to wait again.. 4 hrs later get into a room my kids pain level got much worse go find nurse and ask for meds or something and 30 mins later finally comes in..

Here again today with My Mother. EVERYONE is so pleasant. CT suite is amazing and super easy to get to. Hands down worth the drive from London.This hospital is AMAZING!!! Always so efficient, super clean and the staff are all so friendly and cordial. Every time I’ve been here it’s the same.

People can say all they want about this hospital. I also work in the health field so I understand. Some people do understand even if they are not in the health field. We have had the best experience here. My mom had a seizure in front of me went blue. I thought she was going to die in front of me. We've been in here since last Friday. I'm telling you the nurses and doctors have been just amazing like such a blessing I tell yea!!! The laughs and the humor etc... Even when my mom.was in the icu the nurses were just amazing. I hope this hospital gets rated number one in Ontario. God bless everyone that has helped us in any way!!! Hugss

Such a nice quaint facility. That small town feel with the professionalism that you expect from a hospital.Easy to get around and friendly and helpful staff to show you the way if you get lost.Lost of parking the is close by and easily accessible within the town.#localguides

Worst Hospital. Minor Kidney infection and they couldn’t figure it out. The Female Doctor in the ER need serious mental help. Someone must have taken her MCAT’s for her. She is severely unbalanced. One round of Amoxicillin and the problem was solved, the dentist corrected it for me. Brutal, do not fund or donate to this hospital.
