Drove in from out of town to get my phone screen cover replaced. When I purchased it from the Wireless Wave store in Prince George, I was told that I just had to come in to ANY Wireless Wave store if it broke and they’d look up my file for me; that I didn’t need to keep my receipt. When I came to the store in Kamloops to follow the same process I had followed in Prince George when I broke it previously, I was told that this store does not follow the same policy and I would have to submit a claim online through iShieldz using my RECEIPT.. I explained how they replaced it right at the store in Prince George and the employee told me unfortunately I was SOL. I’m going to purchase my phones elsewhere moving forward. Poor customer service and maintaining the same policy standards from store to store.

This little kiosk is getting better since the new manager Daniel came. Very professional service and so many choices with 6 carriers. Shopped in both Rogers store by the entrance and wirelesswave, the only thing i felt was wirelesswave is way better, cuz they are honest ppl, by offering you the best plan that suit me, and the Rogers store is like try to rob ppl with their ridiculous phone price plans and accessaries. I highly suggest ppl who used to stay with only one store to shop around and compare. You will be shocked how much money you will save.

Went to Wirelesswave on Wednesday, January 2 to take advantage of Boxing Week sales. They had an upgrade to a Samsung S9 for $0 on special and I could keep my old plan.
