I hated my brows… I got a wax and tint and honestly I feel like the waxing job was done pretty well but the tint omgggg it’s so bad. For $45 this is definitely not worth the money and is very poor service. The lady was very nice and I’m a people pleaser so I felt bad saying I hated them so I just payed and left

I went in yesterday to have my right earlobe re-pierced. There was one client finishing their appointment at the time, otherwise the store was empty. The young woman working the register seemed annoyed that I wanted to have a piercing done. Another young woman working there offered to do the piercing right away, and she was friendly and polite. I picked out some earrings and were told they didn't have them. Not the end of the world, but maybe they could have been removed from the display. The young woman told me that they didn't have any gloves in her size (extra small only) and was I okay with her just washing her hands. I was okay with this, but the manager really should ensure that the store was adequately stocked with basic hygiene items. The young woman performed the piercing, which was actually really quick and virtually painless. She slightly missed the mark she had drawn on my existing piercing, so I'm not sure how that will turn out with the two piercings as everything is still fresh and healing, but we'll see. I wasn't given any aftercare instructions until I asked. They also didn't have any cleaning solution in stock but told me how to make my own. All this for the low, low price of >$100 (and yes, I did still tip because the young woman was pleasant and she's why I didn't leave a one star review). I think this experience was down to management's failing for not ensuring that the store was adequately stocked and perhaps a bit more training for staff could have helped. Especially for this price point, I expected a better experience.

Came in to get my ears pierced. I was pretty scared lol. The girls were super sweet, and the Inverness piercing instrument didn't hurt much at all. Thanks so much you guys!!
