I blew a tire on Hwy 40 at 10 o'clock on a Friday night of a long weekend. These guys were quick to pick it up and I thought they did a good job. They were more than willing to take my car where I wanted it to go. They charged me $160 for the tow which I thought was reasonable. I wouldn't want to be loading a car on such a busy highway. The operator made sure that I was safe in the tow truck before he started loading the car. Very happy with the service all around

Terrible experience by far the biggest scam artists of this decade. They steal parts off your vehicle, threaten you over the phone, refuse to let you find your proof of registration that is located in your vehicle. And to finalize there method of there scam. They use any little excuse for u not to qualify to recover the vehicle then make the fees per day pile up and eventually keep your vehicle for good with your belongings.This company needs to be shut down !

Great service, fast and efficient

I have dealt with hundreds of towing companies and mobile service companies and never have I dealt with such an ignorant person as this Glen who works for this company. There is no need for his manner. Word of mouth does business' good but this is not going to happen.

My husband and I had a emergency situation on the highway exiting Montreal on the way to NH USA. We needed to be hauled to the Burstall hub and find a Hotel etc at 11 pm at night.We were soooo happy with the excellent rescue, friendliness of all involved. We HIGHLY recommend this business.Thank you all very much. Also the highway police and highway safety crews were just the best.Ladina and Chris

They were quick to come but charged me 160$ as a basic towing fee when it says 120$ on the windshield pricing sticker. Because we were three people to ride in the truck, they then charged us the price of a heavy vehicle (4.25$ per additional km) despite my vehicle being light.All in all, I probably paid 60$ more than I should have. These guys are crooks and they charge you basically what they want.

The staff here is excellent. Sean at the front desk was a huge help getting everything done as quickly and seamlessly as possible. The driver, Carl, was the best tow truck driver I've ever had. Great attention to detail and care for the vehicle!

I manage a large transport company. Every time one of our units has a problem on the road or in the yard, I have service on site within the hour and the job is done within minutes. I've been using these guys for years and it's never changed.Awesome experience again and again!

On top of all the money they're taking from people they have the worst ever customer service. The guy at the counter is the most rude person I've ever encountered in my while life. I hope no one ever has to deal with them

Everything I read from other reviewers seems true as to my experience. If you have a choice in the matter, don't use this company. If your case is with Montreal Police, work on getting your car out of there as soon as you can.- Relation with Montreal Police: The police towed my car using them. When I was in distress I didn't have the time to think and be picky over who towed my vehicle, and I assumed the police would take it to a reliable warehouse.- Rudeness on the phone: The guy has the attitude of someone who knows he is getting business no matter what. Very rude and very unprofessional.- Questionable tactics: That same guy was asking about pay even before coming up with a useful idea of how my unfunctional vehicle would leave his warehouse to the dealer. They don't accept payment over the phone and want you to show in person even when I gave him all the documentation that HE ASKED FOR to prove my identity. Despite being a towing company I had to hire a towing car from a different company to get my vehicle out because that guy didn't know if he had available vehicles (apparently he couldn't even check before getting paid). It was obvious that his best interest was keeping my car at his place for extra storage fee.- Truth be told I don't think they damaged my vehicle while storing or transferring it. You know how bad a company is when normal, expected, things are told as a positive point.
