Called them for a price on a starter, dealt there for 25 years when Bob had the place then John always gave my company jobber price now it's changed owners, they wanted $203.00 plus taxes for the starter he told me it was mechanic price I perchance it on amazon for $85.00 free delivery.My day's of buying there are over. the starter was brand new.Thank you for responding, the product I purchased on line was as good as the original starter I removed from my truck. Just to let you know the starter I perchance on amazon is still working fine the quality must be good.

Now I think there are a lot of benefits about Duncan being a small town, but also quite often, it's frustrating not being able to get Bits N Bobs for projects. For the last couple of days I needed to get some things to make a solution to a problem I had, so this morning while I was in town and thinking of hitting up thrift stores, I decided to check with Bumper to Bumper. I was welcomed by a fellow by the name of JC, who did an amazing job of helping me figure out what combination of bits and bobs they had in the back to come up with a solution.This is the type of situation that I cannot speak highly enough of the value added. All too often these days I will come across inexperienced people that are also under the scrutinizing eye of management not to deviate from moving the product from the shelf to the customer with very little in between. Consciously I tried my best as a customer to get in and get out of their hair so that in case my project enthusiasm was impacting some invisible performance target. There is no doubt that I will be back to bumper to bumper because of JC's effort, knowledge and skill.Thanks Bumper to Bumper for being there!

I appreciate how these guys go the extra mile. When they didn't have stock on a part I needed, the salesman phoned 3 competitor stores to see if they had it.

After being treated horrendously by virtue of my gender at a different parts shop, I came here and received VIP treatment. A great place to shop if you’re female and working on your vehicle. It is such a relief to not have to argue or be disrespected when buying parts for my truck.
