Honestly is rare in automotive but not only is M&SS honest, they also just care. They even fixed two issues for 100% FREE without me asking! They just noticed something was wrong and fixed it. I would recommend to anyone how just wants an honest garage. Thanks Mark.

Now, I have a problem and I'm not getting all my money's worth and will have to 'move on' to some other garage.My Mercedes Benz R350, my previous Oldsmobile Cutlass & Buick Regal were all serviced & fixed here, starting years ago, when the owner was fair with me.Now, we have a problem.

This is a family run business. They're family oriented. The mechanics are great and the front counter staff are helpful. If you need work done to your vehicle and you want to avoid big-box stores, give Mark and Stephanie a chance to win your business. They won't let you down!

Mark is one of the most caring and professional mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of servicing my vehicle. He is honest and forthright about the repairs your vehicle needs. I was really nervous about finding a new mechanic when we moved up to this area but right from the start Mark made my spouse and I feel comfortable and our concerns heard. Mark will go out of his way to accommodate you when your vehicle is in need and I cannot thank him enough for all he has done to help us maintain our vehicles.

Dropped my vehicle off the night before for 8am appointment for tire rotation and diff fuild change. Returned at 330pm no work was done when asked how long till vehicle would be worked on owner mark says I don't know and walks away not 5 mins later comes out give me keys says I don't have time to work on vehicle gives attitude for no reason. Unprofessional business I don't suggest bring your vehicle to this auto shop to be worked on.
