I just recently moved back to Washington, and when they interviewed me I was really impressed by their professional, warm, and efficient business. They helped me get a job on the Backup Care team for a couple of months until they got me connected with the family I work for full time now. Kelly & Seattle Nanny Network completely blew my expectations. We went from pretty desperate/upset about our childcare situation to hiring a new nanny within one week. We tried Care.com and Facebook groups, but it was a lot of work and time and we couldn’t find anyone quite the right fit. We finally decided to go with a service, and I’m so so so glad we did. Our timeline: Monday night we scheduled online, Tuesday had our short consult (so fast!), Wednesday had detailed intake call, by Friday we had met three candidates including the one we hired, and the next business day we had offer letter signed and the whole thing done. Truly incredible and I’m so grateful! Before contacting them I was nervous about nanny agency costs, but honestly they earned it and I would definitely do it again — amazing customer service (call, email, text with super fast response times), vetted nannies, interview guides, contracts, guidelines, and more.
