Jaks is cool and so are the grocery store and the Starbucks and Dry Cleaners are the best and most affordable

It's rare to see a place like this in a pretentious wannabe snooty ville like Westwood Plateau.Hey, it ain't no British Properties" where we would all really live if we really had and substantive fortune.None the less property is not cheap up here so to see so much of it wasted on a shopping center like this is unusual.Obviously the Coquitlam OCP is the reason if exists (and the gas station across the street). Other wise the greedy developers would have swallowed it up and turned it into rich guy wannabe fodder years ago.Great little place! I hope the City makes it stay like it is."

Places like this are why I like living in the suburbs. Ample parking available and an exceptionally convenient concentration of services and amenities - IGA, Shoppers Drug Mart, a dollar store, food options, a liquor store, a bank, medical services. Top notch location.

Convenient community shopping plaza! Lots of variety of stores for your quick shopping needs. Overall, the shopping is moderately expensive. There is lots of parking and wheelchair accessible parking. To name a few places: Starbucks, Dollar & Cents, IGA Plateau Village Dental, Shoppers Drug Mart/ Pharmacy, CIBC Bank, Jake's Liquor Store, Sushi and etc

Perfectly located for all us families that live up the hill. Its shops are great for most things needed. A Shoppers and IGA as well as a subway and a dollar and sense store , which I love browsing through often. There are other stores as well in this strip mall..

Fair selection of stores, always really busy as there is a school nearby. Handy plaza if you live in the area!
