Randomly walked in here to get a haircut and some advice about my hair. Grace was lovely, very nice and genuinely helped me and did not at all try to sell me anything I didn't need. Really appreciate the help, I left feeling great and was happy to leave a tip for the great service. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of getting my haircut, washed, and styled by Andy, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work. From the moment I walked into the salon, Andy made me feel comfortable and at ease. He took the time to listen to my requests and offered his professional advice on what would work best for my hair type and face shape.During the haircut, Andy's precision and attention to detail were evident, as he took the time to ensure that each strand was perfectly cut and styled. The wash was relaxing and rejuvenating, and the styling was the perfect finishing touch to my new look.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service Andy provided, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and high-quality haircut, wash, and style. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude and attempted to overcharge me until I pointed out the prices listed on the website. Awful customer service. No apology, no nothing. They just stand there and glare at you. The haircut itself was a positive experience although the behaviour at the front desk was enough to put me off from returning.

Ok. So I went in to get my hair done. I am a first time customer & never going back because…I forgot my debt. care so luckily I had cash on me. I paid for my haircut but only had $5. to give as a tip. There were snarls and the reception desk got very quiet. I also didn’t like how they charge this 2$ fee for a company to come by and pick up all their loose hair. Seriously?!So if this is really true, then why doesn’t other salons do the same?Also, when you get your bill it’s usually the cost of the haircut + tax but if you are being charged that 2$ ECO fee then it shouldn’t be a part of your total that you’d be paying your % on in a tip. RIGHT?

Margo B. thank you for a great haircut and dry. I have long hair, procrastinate having cut as my previous hair dresser takes 1.5 hours. Time I don't have. Margo had me in and out in an hour, my hair looks and feels great. After washing myself I am super happy with how it looks. A good cut that is easy for me to manage for my put up in a ponytail, farm life! thank you and highly recommend Margo B and Aura at Sets Salon Spa at Metrotown.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing mani pedi that was just wonderful. We each had a private quiet room, they were extremely kind and professional. My girlfriend who knows this stuff said they were very thorough. Its like i have brand new feet! The price isn't higher than other places but im sure we wouldn't have gotten better service than that.

This has happened for second time that receptionist was rude. My hair dresser trimmed hair 4 times more than asked for. even hair dresser was rude, while applying hair colour she was rough and ended up loosing more hair. after getting out till 1 week, colour was visible on scalp. its worst place i ever had visited. i would never recommend anyone.
