Chowder was tasteless, we had to go back and grab some extra pepper and salt packets. Soup is pricy and they have a tip function on the terminal starting at 20%. Skip.

This placed smelled really good, so I had to try the Smoked Salmon Chowder. I would say it was pretty flavorful, but not stunning. The chowder was a little thin / watery, I would've liked it to be a thicker consistency. Also the potato to Salmon ratio is definitely leaning more heavily on the potato side. Overall, still decent, but probably wouldn't get that chowder again.

I work on Granville and this is by far my favourite spot to get lunch! The soup is affordable and very filling! Especially their chicken pot pie soup, it has big pieces of chicken in it. They don’t skimp out on ingredients. Also I love that they always have an allergen friendly soup available. I am celiac so I really appreciate this. :)

Very tasty salmon chowder, the best I have ever had… wife picked the broccoli soup, equally delicious! Worth coming here with this cold temperature!

I had a large bowl of the salmon chowder as well a lavender infused lemonade. Both items came out to a total of around 12-13 CAD, I can’t recall. Quite a generous portion of soup for the price and location, even came with a free piece of focaccia. Soup came out piping hot and very filling, didn’t get much salmon taste out of it though. I still really like potatoes and leeks so I enjoyed it throughly. The lemonade wasn’t overly sweet as well. Definitely trying more if I ever come back to Granville Island.

It really does not get any better than this. Fresh salmon chowder and a chunky slice of focaccia right by the dock? As a visitor, this was the most I could as for from the city and the market in general. I wish I could have taken some of this soup home with me! There was a giant variety and all fresh. What an absolute pleasure. I'm still thinking about all the salmon and leeks in the chowder!!

Just ordered a Manhattan Clam Chowder. Must have 100s of clams, no sand. Fresh veg and parsley flavour. $9.50 came with soft focaccia bread. Machine did not have mandatory tip box as someone else said. Usually there is a skip button anyway. Tasted homemade, healthy, fresh. Yum. Recommend.

I took the salmon chowder and it's was really good, also my first time, the peice of bread was perfect and free with the soup. Also the original limonade was really good.

We didn’t get the stupid this place but we really enjoyed the offerings they had in their market. We got some delicious flavored compound butter and some broth. We also loved all the cooking aids that they had that could really amped up a meal into something special.

Husband and I were thirsty so we stumbled upon this shop. They offered freshly made Blueberry Lemonade and Black Currant Lemonade. Both flavors were unique and we had never seen it anywhere before. Opted for the Black Currant Lemonade and it was AMAZING! The perfect level of sweetness with no tart lemon bite. Very refreshing and we would definitely get it again. You can return the glass bottle to get back 25 cents, which we decided to do since I like to collect coins from other countries we travel to. Service was great, the gentlemen that assisted us were friendly. Next time we visit we’ll try other items on the menu!
