Worst online shopping experience I had. Cancelled my online order without explaining anything. Didn't even sent a cancellation email. Came to know from my credit card company's refund email.

I tried my first pair of shoes in the plus size arena. I like your designs and if you would only extend your lines in the plus area to better width sizes i would be more then happy to rate you with a 5 star. 3 stars for a good product but not good enough. You are not catering to the plus size or wide foot diabetic market because foot sizes don't come in 3 different sizes. There are customers who have much wider feet then just double wide. Try to resize at least more then 1 extra wide size. There are people who have chubby or fat feet and if you made special orders for podiatrists at foot care clinic's you would have even more customers. I have listened to people complain on the plus size end as to width sizes not being extended. You may want to read some of the reviews on plus size sites that carry your product lines. Plus there is a market out there of diabetic customers. Please consider this challenge. I would love to be a long-term customer in the future. You could also cater more to people who are on a low income as well with government assistance programs. I am aware that lens crafter does this or has done this. I am absolutely confident that your company could help a lot of people out there because it is hard to find wide sizes on a budget. People do have chubby feet and do desire a good product on a budget. I hope that someone in your product improvement end will read this. Thank You.

As stated with other customers here. Placed an order and haven't received my shoes. It has been over a month and nothing. All I got from customer service was that they are doing an investigation.I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to buy more shoes till I get a refund or I get my shoes. Which means I have no shoes.Skechers should be ashamed of themselves.

This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered.There were two pre authorizations on my credit card for shoes I had ordered, I emailed the [email protected] that the contact centre tells you to email, asking if I can still cancel my order. The consumer affairs rep by the name of Danica A. told me I could still cancel my order online (and to let her know if I had any trouble doing so) so I cancelled the order online. The problem is that only 1/3 pairs of shoes I had ordered cancelled online. When I went back to check my credit card the next day I noticed that both the charges went through... since then Skechers has been ignoring my emails. I have sent approx. 8 emails asking what the status of the order is, I would like the order cancelled and refunding. Instead they continue to ignore my emails.I am now left in limbo... I have no idea what the status of the shoes are, if I am getting them because I was charged or if I am getting refunded or if my cancellation is even successful or what. No one will answer me. (Which I find quite odd because the very first email I sent asking if I could cancel was responded too in less than half an hour) since then its been a week and I have absolutely no response while I just sit here with charges on my card that should have been cancelled and no shoes.Not impressed with this organization and makes me think differently about them. What a gong show.

Ordered shoes online that may have been a pricing error. Order was cancelled with no email follow up, yet the shoes are still posted on their website for the price I placed my order for.

Wish I read these reviews first. Ordered shoes online and never received them and absolutely zero customer care. Only option is to leave an email or a voicemail which they will not reply to. Judging by the reviews they’ve been doing this for a while I’m filing a complaint with the OPP and contesting my credit card charges. Sketchers Canada is fraudulent so you’ve been Warned

Same as everyone else...I wish I had read the reviews before ordering online. You won't get your order on time. They won't let you cancel. And it'll arrive after the return policy. You can't reach anyone by phone and not guaranteed a response by email.

I bought a pair of Sketchers in 2003 on a Toronto vacation with my incredible wife !I walked many km that day enjoying the city.So 20 years later they are still very much alive n well. I wear them every summer.Would love to post a picture

I order my shoes last month still not shipped my shoes. Very bad customer service no one answered my calls. Not recommend at all. Im not able to cancel my order not giving me helpful solutions. I spent $200. Not i got nothing not my money or my shoes. Garbage service.

I wish I had read these reviews 7 weeks ago, when I placed an online order. It has still not been delivered, and seems to have vanished. The delivery company has not returned my calls. I have emailed Sketchers countless times, and have been “thanked for my patience”. I have tried calling many times, and get bumped to the voicemail system, as their phone message claims their employees are working within Covid protocols. This is, hands down, the worst customer service imaginable, from a pretty big and well-established company.
