Shoppers Drug Mart

Wow the pharmacist lady was so rude. I didn’t get her name but she was speaking to me as if she was doing a favour on me by giving out the basic info. Which is quite literally her job.Such people should either be let go from the job or provided better training on how to deal with customers. I would not recommend this place to new patients trying to visit this clinic. Go to any other shoppers but not this one.To the pharmacist lady - you just lost a couple customers because of your attitude. I hope the store management takes notice of this.

Too bad the reviews for this place are low. Guess people have a problem with Pharmacy staff. I never dealt with them, but I did use to buy stuff all the time before taking my shuttle to Tsawwassen Mills. The lady who works in the back entrance next to T&T was always friendly and prompt. Never had a bad experience.

Pharmacist's are awesome.Especially the lil caucasian fella. Very nice attitude. Very pleasant man. My GF. Says the same. Security doesnt follow you around like most stores.All other floor staff are very nice as well. Top notch in surrey.

Shoppers is great place to find any thing you are looking for your health. But in my opinion they have to put some one to assist you for what to buy or give you an advise to certain products like I was looking for a thermometer for my kid but couldn’t decide which one is going to work best for my kid. As you can see same brand different prices and for mommies that have a sick child it will be too confusing to read about each one. So went out without buying one but got the regular one from somewhere else.

I went to this shoppers and asked for a cash back. A cashier said we donot so cash backs (which is totally understandable) but i asked her for alternatives she made a face at me and looked away. I asked her to call a supervisor so i can ask him. She called a merchandiser and he replied they have atm in the store so they donot do cash backs. The staff should be properly trained and instead of making a face they should assist customer.

The beauty advisor was very rude and accusatory when I was asking whether a discount applied to a mascara which was labeled as so but when I asked and showed her the sale sticker she accused me of picking it up from the ground to try to get a discount. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, this is not how you should treat customers, terrible customer service skills.

Worst place to do shopping and spent your hard earned money. We bought 2 breads on Apl 1st and when we got home , we saw breads was already expired on Mar 30Th . so they kept bread in the shelfs for 2 days to try their luck and to get rid of the stock. We approached to store on Apl 3rd with out product and asked the counter girl for manager or supervisor , she called someone and then we surprised to see the guy who was wearing security uniform came to us with shopper uniform and said HEY MAN WHAT YOU WANT" his name was SHAMSHER. After some argument ( he was convincing me that it was my son mistake taht he did not check the date on the bread and that not the staff problem) he said he will gave me refund and for that he needs to call an INVISIBLE STORE MANAGER NAMED "SONIA SINGH" as no one know what time she comes and what days she works . He did not back untill 15 min and we were waiting like we commit any crime for asking our refund. WE WITNESSED A GREAT MONKEY BUSINESS AS NO ONE WAS CARING AND FEEL COURTEOUS FOR OUR WAIT AND EXPRED FOOD. HE ALSO WANTS ME TO TALK IN PUNJABI AND I REFUSED FOR THE SAME."

I am looking for fever/flu medication for myself and not sure if I should get Tylenol that says on the description for pain and reduces fever. I thought there’s used to be tylenol for fever but couldn’t find anywhere anymore and nobody there to assist costumer so I just decided to get “Sambucol” for Cold and Flu I hope that one is effective as I’m not familiar with that medication. They have tons of Tylenol for pain and reduces fever if you need one and Tylenol for kids for fever. Weather is keep changing as many people easily get sick and needed medication to keep at our home, not by hoarding but at least we have something when we need it.

Fix that attitude. Early Sunday morning and I'm the only customer. Got two items I want to pay cash and asked Indo fellow if a till is open. He didn't seem happy getting interrupted even though he's 10ft from the register. Not a thank you or nothing. I could understand if the guy was swamped but seriously.

Woukd not give a single star if there is an option, i was waiting for someone to help me, there were 3 ladies on the pharmacy but nobody came to assist me, i waited almost 20 minutes but they were not listening me and when i called them they ignored me, really disgusting, should close the pharmacy if you do not want customers and sit at home. I was there to shop aa well but will never go to this shopper in my life again. If you do not love your work better to sit at home, why you are open for us if you do not want to serve is, worst customer service experience
