Phenomenal. Beautiful little plants that arrive ready to fruit! This might be my favourite nursery.

I ordered 2 echinaceas strawberry cream. Total cost more than 60$. I received 2 very small plants, which one was in a pityful state and the other one so so (my luck as usual). The pityful plant died and the so so one barely survived. After contacting Customer Service at Bamboo plants they did not argue and sent me a full refund.

I recently ordered several plants and was thrilled with not only the product but the service. I ordered some grasses and some shrubs (pictured). The plants were healthy and arrived extremely fast. The service was also exceptional. I emailed them with questions and received helpful information back almost immediately. This will now be my source for all of my garden plants and fruit bushes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

BE AWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM BRIAN PETERSON. I would give it less than one star if I could. I've received 8 plants from them and two of them were diseased and main trunk broken, very poor shape.When I reached out, I thanked him for sending the order promptly but requested if he could refund the two plants that were in bad shape. OMG that was the end of the world for him! Started receiving the rude treatment, and the worst customer service experience I've had in my life in 40+ years. He sent me emails after emails telling me off rudely and also cancelled any other future orders I've placed. I was shocked that someone in business could be so unreasonable and take things so personally! Brian Peterson is an extremely rude, unprofessional person who discriminates against you.This online company is an one man show. No one else you can complain to about his misdemeanor. And He doesn't have the capacity, is unable to maintain his business relationships and very unprofessional. He has bunch of fake reviews (maybe his family and friends who will lie for him) with 5 stars, don't fall for those. He'll waste your time and money. Do not buy from him. Look elsewhere!!!

Great experience with first order of 4 plants. Arrived fast, packed very safely with lots of care. Little note of how to reduce the post arrival stress for the plants, was a nice touch. When I sent an email with question about one of the plants, very professional and detailed reply came in no time. Overall, amazing site and endless variety.

This was my first order from Bamboo Plants and I was so pleased with the quality of the plants I received. Well packed for shipping, beautiful, healthy plants. Look forward shopping with them again.

I have bought last year Hollyhocks and Cotton Candy grape vine and Bridal Veil Spiarea which have not all of them survive . Very disappointed in this. My grandson and I were looking forward to see the grape vine flourish.

I have to admit I was hesitant to make an order in light of other reviews—but I just received my second order today, and I have to admit I am impressed. I purchased fruiting plants from three separate sources this year, and these have been the best ones so far. Everything came quite healthy and, best of all, in blooming size; some even had fruit. Online retailers usually sell plants that are a year or two away from maturity, and getting plants such as arctic kiwi to produce their first bloom is often a bit arduous. I am grateful I got my money's worth. I will hopefully be able to upgrade the size of my growing space in the following years and will definitely be back once that happens.

Ordered 6 Salix flame willows. They arrived in absolutely perfect condition. They were so well packaged, and were so healthy looking. Was very happy with my purchase. Can’t wait to see them grow and do their thing!

The Pasha kiwi arrived in great condition, beautiful leafy growth. As per the instructions, I let it sit in the shade for a few days with water, then I planted it and a week later it is still in excellent condition.
