Excellent and fast service. Great people. Phone lines are a little screwed up because tells made a mistake but they are still open for business.

Friendly, family run business. They went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. They found and fixed a problem that the mechanics at 'the other guys' couldn't solve, offered shuttle service, and didn't mind that I had to bring my curious, energetic toddler with me to the shop. Although I don't hope for future car problems, I do look forward to getting my servicing done at buny's n' bugs.

Unable to resolve glow plug light issue after waiting 6 weeks for part. Lost turbo a few days after pickup and awaiting sensor to arrive. Additional warning lights came on at pickup and additional issue with turbo unresolved but charged $600 for investigation" (total bill was $1100). They determined DPF issue and wanted to price replacement. I had to point out that it was still covered by VM extended warranty as part of Dieselgate. I was never called with updates

My 76 Bus lit on fire and Buny and Bugs contacted me and assured me they have worked on Buses that have had fires and I should bring it to them. When I finally got it back I paid extra for them to remove the rust from the engine after it sat with water in it for months. They told me they would refurbish the current engine as it tested well on compression and replace the fuel injection system as well as anything that needed replacing. This is a $6,000 job. Once I drove it, there were so many issues that I brought to their attention. They either ignored me or blamed the issues on me. The fuel economy was down by 50% (I know as I have taken methodical mileage over the last 20 years of owning this bus), they didn't replace any seals on the engine and there were now a lot of oil leaks, they put the wrong alternator belt on, the fuel filler neck is wrong and cant get a gas nozzle into it properly, gas gauge doesn't work, and after only 5,000km the brand new alternator they put in failed. I had to take it into another mechanic to fix all the issues and get the engine out to replace seals and I finally found out the poor fuel economy issue - it was a faulty fuel injection system they installed. I emailed, phoned repeatedly, giving them invoices from another mechanic fixing their issues to get them to remedy the issue. They refused, were condescending and thought up amazing excuses. Its taken me a long time to write this review, as I don't write reviews and I believe if you have an issue you go back to the company so they have the chance to fix it. But this was incredibly terrible service and people should be warned. I've owned my bus for 20 years

Took my daughters Jetta there for a timing belt - new to Chilliwack so wasn't sure where to go but all the good reviews made this an easy choice! As well I asked for a quote to which I received promptly and it was competitive. Even better my final bill was LESS :) Service was friendly and welcoming as well. Will do all my maintenance with them in the future.

This is the mechanic to go to, I can’t rave about them enough. They were so amazing about a sudden disaster with my jettas throttle body. I called them in panic as I am supposed to drive home, out of province, in a few days and they got me help asap. HONEST prices, I have had a few german cars and always have a hard time feeling like I got honest work and charges. I will recommend them to anyone. Support this amazing and honest business. Truly the best customer service I’ve had at a car shop ever.

They are awesome! Did a post-purchase inspection on my Vanagon Westfalia, made me feel really comfortable and explained all the issues it has. Laid out a great plan of attack to get it all fixed, and what I should focus on first. Overall 100% positive experience, and made me super excited to get it all fixed!They will be my go-to shop for sure, and should be yours too.

a great place to go for all your OEM Volkswagen parts. I needed tie rod ends and they ended up being way cheaper than Lordco even though I have one of the best discounts at lordco... so five stars.

Took my car for a window regulator repair, was quoted $120 for the part & $200-$300 for time. When I dropped off my car wasn’t given any estimate time for finishing had to ask and ask when they were closing..I was told they close at 5:30 so not much information, I called half way through the day to find out they were done and didn’t call me. I pick up my car thinking it will be $500 maybe closer to $600 with taxes but that wasn’t the case $816! No one called to tell me the part was for a new model would cost more they just charged me $300+ more then I was quoted and didn’t even get more then a sorry. I’ll just stick to the Volkswagen dealer ship in the future.

My jetta. Almost went to heavin. Car quit running. Was able to limp it in to shop. The shop was able to diagnose problem. Worked on it in between other vehicle repairs. Phoned me and explained the problem. Repaired it. I recomend it to other people.
