Just yesterday I had a Root Canal to a tooth that is key to supporting my upper partial plate.The procedure took close to two hours. It was complicated as the tooth had a crown.Dr. Jeff Krawchuk provided a commentary describing what he was doing. This helped reduce the anxiety I was experiencing.The procedure was painless from administering the local anesthetic to filling the access made through the crown.I have been to many dentists during my 74 years on earth, Dr. Jeff is the best dentist that I have had.If you are considering a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Jeff and his team at True Dental.

This dental office gets 5 stars all around. Seriously, everyone is amazing here! Dr Kase has been my dentist for the last couple of years, and I honestly recommend him to anyone who will listen. Going to the dentist is hard enough, do yourself a favour and book with Dr Kase - can't put into words how much I've appreciated every appointment here, for real!

Excellent dental clinic. My family started going here a few years back and they have been extremely good with our kids. I moved my dental treatment over to them because of how happy my wife was with them. They had to do an extraction on one of my less brave kids and he did great under their care. Great staff, the doctors are knowledgeable and explain things well. Every hygienist I've dealt with has been excellent and professional. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on anything (I don't use insurance). They are well staffed so getting appointments is not a challenge. Overall a great group, highly recommended.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Dr Don and the entire team at True Dental! I've been a patient since I was a child and have experienced such great care and service throughout the years. I appreciate the explanations of financial options as I do not have a health benefit plan, and they always work with me to ensure the best options. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kase is a great dentists. He’s done some cavities on me as well as a root Canal which went great. He always does an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone. Best of all he is invested in his patients. He gave me his personal phone number to message at anytime with any problems I may have. Thank you Dr. Kase and everyone at true dental you’re all awesome. Oh also thanks for staying late steph, I feel a lot better now.

I get anxiety any time I have to go to the dentist. I'm new to West Kelowna and chose True Dental and Dr. Coccaro as my new dentist. I couldn't be happier. The office staff are top notch and I've had nothing but exceptional care from the various hygienists I've had and Dr. Coccaro.

After my normal dentist of almost 20 years cancelled my appointments twice in one week with almost no warning, my husband suggested I try True Dental, so I booked an appointment. I had a very limited window in which I could book an appointment and the reception team made it happen super fast with no issues. Dr. Jeff was very welcoming and friendly and I had a great experience with Kennedy for my cleaning. I will continue to go to True Dental from now on as the experience was so much better than at my previous dentist!

I had a wonderful dental appointment due to the friendly, knowledgeable staff at true dental. Dr. Ursie is such a great dentist and Chantel is a fabulous hygienist! The office staff is very friendly! I’m sure the rest of the team are just as fabulous as the ones I mentioned. The office is very bright and clean. I’’ happy to be a patient at this dental office.
