LITERALLY A LIFESAVER!!! I called in about an hour and a half before close in desperate need of some kind of toner (my hair didn’t bleach as white as it usually does) as I’m filming for a big project tomorrow, and the wonderful individual (I’m not sure what pronouns they use) who picked up was able to help me so quickly and recommended literally a PERFECT solution to me when I came in. I went straight home to apply the wella T18 toner they recommended and my hair looks SO MUCH BETTER I can’t thank them enough (they also had the coolest euphoria inspired blue butterfly eye makeup it was so cool) thanks again!! I will definitely be coming back ^^

I wanted to share my amazing experience at Sally’s. A few days ago I used a henna dye to colour my hair ends dark grey. I thought this would be fine because it is natural. The colour changed when I washed my hair to a green blue! I did not know indigo henna is permanent and very difficult to remove. Kay helped me to find the right product to remove this colour to my blonde brown ends! Thank you Kay for your service and expertise you saved me!

Friendly customer service. Nice selection of products to choose from. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful in finding stuff that are right for you! Lots of little bundle sales on right now. Also, lots of products to choose from. Anything from hair dryers, straighters, nail polishes, shampoos and conditioners and hair coloring and bleaches.Love this store.

DO NOT take any advice from the employees here, my hair was virgin 5 years growth & I wanted ash blonde, & on my hair it’s easy to get that color, I was soooo close to get my dream color, went in got my stuff on the counter, she started to go through them & ask me questions & told me that I need a level 4 or 5, now my hair is darker than my natural hair color…. I wasted my money, time & trust on someone who doesn’t keep their month shut. DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE in this location …. U’ll regret it

If I could give them zero for the customer service I would. I was given advice to use permanent hair dye with 20 developer for root touch up which gave me hot roots. I went back to the store and asked for a refund and they said they can’t refund a product that’s used, I explained that I put it on my roots with intention to use it but I’m tired of constantly being given advice that damages my hair at Sally.They all said they can’t help me with terrible customer service, one person described my problem as “I don’t know why she’s returning it, she doesn’t like it.” Hot roots isn’t a “look” so yes, I’m unhappy that a product bleached my roots when I was looking for color deposit.All that set aside, this other sales person came along and said she’s a professional hair dresser and after talking with her I suggested that they at least give me a 10 developer if they can’t refund my money so I can use the Demi color I have at home. She agreed and walked over to the color area, found a 10 developer and kept advising me to buy an ashy color to counteract the red tones. I told her that they should exchange my purchases for the developer and ashy toner if that’s what she thinks will help my hair color - let me say this, I wasn’t asking for advice, I just wanted my purchase refunded. She said they can’t give me the toner but she’s offering the developer to make me happy but she can’t do more than that. We walked back to the counter and she told her coworkers THERE’S NOTHING SHE CAN DO TO REMEDY MY PROBLEM. I mentioned that she said she’ll give me the developer at least, and she COMPLETELY DENIED IT. She straight up took me to the side away from everyone, offered me a developer, then walked back and said she didn’t offer me anything.Kay is a liar and unprofessional. She went on to say she already offered me advice as if that’s equivalent to the money, time, and hair damage. Advice is part of her job as a sales person, and not what I was asking for. She straight up lied to me and offered me something then withdrew the offer to make me seem like a liar to her coworkers.Do not buy from here. Terrible customer service and horrible people in general.

Had the worst experience at this store today, it doesn't even deserve one star. I bought some things here just a week ago and they were just awful quality (the metal clips even took out some of my hair, which I mentioned, but this lady at the register didn't even care), so I decided to check their return policy and found out about their Love It or Return It Guarantee. I thought it would be a smooth sailing transaction, since I still have the original receipt and I absolutely made sure that everything met their criteria for return. Instead, I was shamed for returning the items, telling me how ridiculous the store's return policy is (like that's my problem?) and that she wouldn't personally do it (yes, she said that to my face) Why have the guarantee if you're gonna shame & guilt a customer for returning a subpar product? Such a shame coz last time I was there, there was this lady with the curly hair who was extremely helpful. But today, I was just appalled by the attitude and rudeness. I haven't experienced something like this before, so needless to say, I would not be shopping at Sally Beauty again.

So my wife bought some ammonia/ppd free hair dye from these guys a few days ago, turns out the product isn’t actually free of anything and she suffered a massive chemical burn on her scalp. When she called to explain the situation and ask for a refund the lady said she’d need a receipt which my wife accidentally threw out but mentioned she had an account there so the purchase could be confirmed quite easily if someone cared enough to look. There was no concern or compassion never mind any sort of customer service offered to my wife. Given the circumstances one would think an apology and immediate refund would be in order. No dice.I had to give a one star only because there wasn’t an option for any minus stars.
