Dr Hierlihy Phyllis
Dr Hierlihy was not helpful at all and was very unprofessional. She was 40 minutes late for the phone call appointment. During the phone call interview, she dismissed my concerns and provided no concrete or useful recommendations. I politely asked for more guidance, but she cut the conversation short and hung up on me abruptly. I was very disappointed, as she did not sound caring at all. I can't believe a medical doctor with her years of experience lacks the compassion, and the bedside manners to politely end a conversation.
