Solid crew of repair and service team members. Lots of their products are available to look at and test. They can order anything Milwaukee related in-store for no extra charge.

They did NOT honour warranty on rover light 2367-20 even though damage was due to weak magnet causing it to fall many times. Carlos assumed it was crushed and warranty was denied.

Helpful and friendly staff working at the best name brand warranty manufacturer’s Service Centre in the Lower Mainland. I swapped out a temperamental charger with no questions asked.

I had a great experience here. There was a miscommunication and initially i had some problems with my repair but the staff was very kind and sorted it out. My tools are back and I’m able to continue getting work done :)

30 foot tape measure wouldn’t retract, took it to see if I could get a new one. “Where is your receipt?” I told them it was long gone. Their response was “no receipt, no new tape measure” What happened to the lifetime warranty on tape measure? Very disappointed! Maybe I should buy Dewalt or Stanley!

Today '23-03-20 Mon I dropped off my angle grinder after smoke, stink came from the motor and then it would only work sporadically for a few seconds. I was told that time ways it is covered under warranty but if it is not then there will be a $104 service charge for repair. I asked if they will call me before the repair is done so that I could decide to repair or replace the tool. I was told that they do not do estimates. I was also told that I will be send a text message in 4 to 6 weeks when the tool is ready to be picked up. Yes 4-6 weeks! Now, does that make sense that the tool will be repaired and if not under warranty I would have to pay without the option to have the tool repaired or replaced. Is this even reasonable? This experience is by far a different experience than my last tool I had repaired here.

Was seeking for warranty on my 25 ft tape measure during almost closing hour. Both staff was super friendly and helpful. Happy with outcome and a brand new tape measure!

The best service at this place. They've even replaced a tool that was past warranty for me fixed and replaced any tool or battery I've ever had an issue with

I had purchased a Milwaukee 6033-21 ¼ sheet palm sander for the preparation of wood deck railings for painting last July from Home Depot. Due to delays I did not get to the job until late August but after the first day I noticed that the sandpaper was slipping off. Under close inspection I noticed that the rubber coating on the rear tension sandpaper retainer bar had sanded away. I brought the tool back to Home Depot but they told me I had to take the tool to the Milwaukee service centre as it was beyond their return period.I took the tool to the service centre and explained what was happening and showed the person attending to me the worn off rubber and exposed metal on the rear tension sandpaper retainer bar. After two months I called to find out about the repair, I was told that due to supply chain issues that they had not yet received the replacement part. Fast forward a few more calls and 4 months later, the sander is finally ready to be picked up.I arrive at the service centre, they bring out the sander and I noticed immediately that they replaced the sander pad, I thought that was interesting but when I inspected the rear tension sandpaper retainer bar, it was still the same one with its’ worn rubber and exposed metal. At this point I was upset that I had now wasted two trips, that takes 45 min one way, and 4 month for a tool from a company that boasts its pro quality. I point out to the service tech that they replaced the wrong part and that the pad didn’t even need replacing and that I have been waiting 4 months for this. They responded with an annoyed tone of voice and that they would look to see if they had a new unit and if I would be ok if they replaced my unit with a new one. At this point I just want to tell them to keep it and get out of there but I said ok. The services person returns with a new unit after a while but now there is no professional tone of voice. They put the sander on the counter and blurt out sign here. I pick up the unit to look to see if it is the same flawed rear tension sandpaper retainer and they blurt out “it’s a new unit, just sign” and starts pointing to the paper for a signature. I continue to try to look at the unit and they again, more forcefully, tell me to sign. I signed it and left. When I got the unit home, I noticed they had cut off part of the serial # and manually engraved 2145 on the plastic body. None of this was mentioned of course.I have other Milwaukee products and have not had issue but I will never buy another Milwaukee product again because part of a professional product is its professional service and it is clear this service centre, the only one in my area, does not have. I have no doubt that this is a design flaw for this model (6033-21) and would warn people away from it. My 20 year old Makita finished the job this one couldn’t and would recommend it over this one. I will probably just give this one away as I wouldn’t feel right selling it to anyone.
