It was a real pleasure working with James from first contact to the completion of the job. I was looking for some help with pot lights installation in my kitchen, replacing some horrible track lighting and over-the-sink hanging light. I wasn't sure who to go with so I reached out to 5 contractors via yelp, and James was the first to contact me back.The scheduling and administration stuff was handled professionally and he arrived onsite as scheduled with no surprises. The finished installation is great and I couldn't be happier. During the planned work he took some time to make some additional fixes and tweaks when he saw things that could be improved - and also had no shortage of good ideas when I threw future project ideas at him.He will do the job correctly and will make sure that work is done to code, and that everything is taken care of including necessary permits. Very personable guy that got along great with my little Dachsheranian pup, what more is there to say than that :)Looking forward to future projects with James.

I hired James to replace some light fixtures, fix an outlet and advise on a future project. I engaged James to upgrade my electrical service to support an on-demand hot water system and bring it the service up to code. He was personable, explained the process and what he was doing, and tried to manage the expense as best he could. He took care of everything and his attention to detail was impeccable. James completed all the electrical aspects associated with our condo renovation. We appreciated his thoroughness which included re-doing some of our original wiring. He knowledge of the electrical code is very good. He always kept his appointments, arrived on time and worked quickly. He is our 'go to' electrician.

We contacted James asking for a quote and he got back to us within a couple of hours. We also contacted two larger companies and almost a week later we have yet to hear back from them. He was fast, friendly and very courteous. We will for sure use him again!

I got a hold of James through the plumber I was using for renovation, I was not disappointed. James was always on time, and worked very hard to meet the deadlines I was going for.
