I have been trying to get help for my rent from reaching homes and all I got was a run around, and I filled out all the forms, sent in everything like my eviction notice and all they asked of me. And ketp calling, emailing no response. So upset with this.

Can't speak to other aspects of the organization but it is very disappointing that the HR department can't even be bothered to answer calls or call back the individuals that took the time to apply to for available positions. Probably helps to explain why they have so many available job postings.

*EDIT - Shawn reached out to me and was able to get my application pushed through after almost 3 years. He has great customer service.Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I put through my application and was told I was missing a document, that's fine. I tried emailing and calling and was told by Taylor months later oh sorry didn't see your emails
