Very disappointed. Was completely ignored by at least 3 staff.The email address you provided sent my email back as undeliverable.Hello.My wife and I were in your establishment at approximately 12:30 today. I intended to shop for a motorcycle. We're on holiday, and were looking there to see if there was something better than our local shops.My wife saw at least 3 staff (I saw 2,) none of whom even bothered to greet us, let alone come out to help.I interrupted your receptionist to ask if it was OK to sit on the bikes. She said yes, but there was still no help forthcoming.I'll grant you that we didn't look like money

I recently purchased a new bike at Serpa and the whole experience was professional and simple. I had the pleasure of speaking with Stefano who helped put things in motion all done through emails! I had initially put in an inquiry via their website and got a response promptly. From there Stefano was patient, accommodating and able to answer all my questions in a very timely manner. Customer service was excellent through the whole experience. From making a deal, to conveniently picking up my trades, to the day I picked up the new bike the service was exceptional. Recently purchased a 2023 grizzly from Mike and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a new toy. He has lots of knowledge on what he’s selling and will do everything he can do score you the best deal! the staff there is great, I met jay at the part desk who also has lots of knowledge and is really kind. Stefano is also another great guy to look for when you go there, will do everything he can to help you out with getting your best deal. Overall I was really impressed with this dealership, iv shopped around and this place was overall my top choice, thanks guys keep up the great work !!

The level of service that everyone at Serpa Motorsports was outstanding. From Day 1, Mike Pacitto and Stefano Serpa went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact bike and accessories I wanted. Outstanding dealership with outstanding staff. Mike and Stefano got me on my first quad this week. I had an interesting situation and they were up for the challenge and had me loaded up ready to ride within 3 days of walking in. Even though I wasn’t spending a million dollars I was treated like royalty. After 3 months and 6 dealerships later I would recommend Serpa to anyone… shame I didn’t check them out earlier.

Had a great time purchasing a new motorcycle here just before the winter hits… that way I’m ready as soon as the ice is off the roads in the spring! ;-) Had a clean and straightforward transaction with Mike, Richard, and Stefano. When the weather went south on my pickup date, they even offered to have it delivered to my location! Would happily deal with again, and would highly recommend! See you on the road soon! Ride safe!
