Touch Up Spot The
Had body work completed by a shop they worked closely with and Touch Up Spot painted over it. Very poor paint job, decals and logos were not removed and paint lines were not straight. Requested them to redo and had to pay additional. Painted peeled off about a year later and had another shop re-paint. Would not recommend The Touch Up Spot, very unprofessional and poor service.

I took my 2018 Toyota Corolla Sport into the shop with a big scratch and they repaired like new with the best price after I took it 3 others places.Because of the excellent job they did I brought in my new 2020 Black RAV4 LE AWD with tiny scratches and they buffed them out and put a wax protectant on to keep the paint like new.I definitely recommend them for service and quality with reasonable pricing.

Great experience. Came in with a deep scratch to the metal on the bottom of door. We scheduled an appointment and the car was fixed perfectly and on time. They even touched up a couple of other tiny spots that you only see when you own and love your car, plus offered to do anything other spots that may come up. I will bring them my future work and recommend them to anyone who may need this service.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. Refused to finish the body work job I paid him for. After breaking a decal (I understood to be part of the repair) and refusing to replace it, proceeded to get argumentative and started berating me with insults. Said I had mental issues and something was wrong with me for expecting him to finish the job. He eventually reluctantly relented and said he'd cover it, not even sure if I'll take it back for that. I'm definitely never taking any vehicle for work here again. Recommend you don't either.

Touch Up Spot The
My daughter hit our black Tesla on the drivers door with her bike and left a 2 inch long deep scratch down to the metal. I received a quote from Carstar of $850 and 3 days to fix. Went to get a quote from Luigi at The Touch Up Spot. $350 and a day and a half. The car looks like new. They even washed and clear coated the car. It’s never looked better. Great job guys. Can’t thank you enough.

Lou and his team are hands down the best around. Anytime I have had to bring my car in they have made it so painless. They have went above and beyond every single time. I pick up my car loving it more then I did before EVERY TIME!They are professional, kind and understanding. I had a rust spot on my roof by the windshield which required the windshield to be removed.They replaced the windshield and fixed the rust but when I got the car back, there was body filler dust all in the car. They didn't cover the windshield with a plastic bag before doing the body work. I had to pay to get my car detailed...

Great customer service experience. Spoke to Lou and gave us touch up paint for free. It had to be mixed, not just a pre-packaged item. Well done. We will be back when time to paint our older cars.
