First off, the prices are competitive and beat out any big brand stores we initially looked at (Home Depot, Lowe's, Rona, etc.) by a landslide.We had the pleasure of having Alex help us as we planned to change our flooring. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond our expectations when assisting us.The day after we purchased flooring we realized we needed to get a few more boxes of vinyl plank and Alex was quick to accommodate this and have our entire order ready for pickup.If I could give more than 5 stars I would. When we decide to update the flooring of our basement we'll be back!
