Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

These two gentlemen that came out were on time and very professional. They took the time to explain the issue to me so that I understood what needed to be fixed. They were very informative and worked very diligently. They needed to improvise as my situation was a little more difficult than the norm. I absolutely would recommend them to any family or friends. I am very happy with their service and they were very friendly to boot. 5 stars for sure!!

I would “HIGHLY RECOMMEND SETH SILVASHY as your Service Technician. I am so grateful for Seth. Our basement flooded with sewage. It was not a pretty situation. He arrived timely and was very helpful with every question and concern we had. Seth was so professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He went over and above to make sure our plumbing issues were addressed and stayed after hours to make sure the job was finished. 100 percent satisfaction!! We are thankful for such great service!! Efficient, friendly service, forecasting could use some work------I had an issue with my sink drain not draining. I called roto rooter after hearing good things anecdotally about their quality and value pricing.I called at 2p yesterday and was given a 4 hour window. I was given a call at the 4 hour mark saying there would be an indeterminate delay. An hour later I received another call saying it might be an hour (ETA 830pm) and I asked to push service to the morning. I was quoted a 2 hour window and the tech arrived in 3. I acknowledge I was experiencing a non emergency issue (so they might be prioritizing emergency issues) but the accuracy of their forecasting needs a little work.That said once the tech (Trey) arrived things went really well. Trey was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He told us exactly why we had the issue we did and resolved the issue inside of 30 minutes.(For reference we are a 1200 approx sq ft house and we were quoted before discount $412 to snake the drain)

The two guys worked well together. They were very fast cleaning out my main line. After it was open they spent 45 minutes making sure the line was totally clear of debris.They were very friendly and explained everything. They were professional in manner. Cleaning up any mess they created.

Called Roto Rooter on a Sunday evening after sump pump stopped working and stationary tubs were filled with water. Seth quickly assessed the situation and found the source of the issue and corrected it faster than I had ever expected! Will definitely use them for any future problems!

They were very professional, informative, knowledgeable, fixed our problems quickly & patiently explained everything to us. Well worth what they charged! I would recommend them to anyone, they were really excellent - Tom Page, his trainee (I called to get his name but it was unavailable) &Ryan Woodard ( field excavation supervisor) who explained how we could avoid worse problems later. All were fantastic!

I had my sewer back up. They came out within an hour of calling. Jason was very polite, heard me out, ran tests and found the underlying issue. He called his supervisor out to camera it to verify. Although getting a new sewer is not what i wanted, they made the process easy. Ill never call anyone else.

Shawn arrived within 2 hours of my booking an appointment. Man was a consummate professional. He worked diligently to remove the blockages he could, going above and beyond what I expected with persistence to remove a broken piece of a tool left by a prior service company, and then using the camera with his supervisor Doug, showed me the results, and where future problems were going to occur. Doug provided me a speedy estimate and contact info for the repairs down the road. 10/10 would recommend

They are fast and the guy that showed up was extremely knowledgeable and polite done in 45min. That being said the extremely high cost of 600 dollars to snake 1 run from house to street for an appointment not emergency was way too much.
