Amazing place the associate at the help desk was amazing i was in looking at the belts and wallets knowing absolutely nothing about mens fashion but he was amazing

The staff were more attentive than the Eaton Centre location and Mark took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. This is a very pleasant place to shop. For those of you who don't know about J&M shoes, they consistently make great shoes that are more comfortable and last longer than other comparable brands.

Awful....staff and the manager are not only rude but hate to say .... have no concept of customer service! I became a loyal customer of Johnston and Murphy because of the prestige product and great customer service I received at one of the US stores 12 visits 9 pairs no issues . This Canadian store location at Mapleview has tarnished J&M experience visited this location 3 times and everytime it was much worse. J &M corporate should definitely do something about the folks they have hired at this location .

Came in to purchase some golf shoes as a fathers day gift (June 14). I stood there for quite some time and neither the sales man or woman offered assistance. The male associate appeared to be assisting another customer for some of the time I was in your store but the female employee just stood there staring at me. Your loss. I will never be back.
