Regular time for ordering glasses is 5 to 7 business days and since I needed pair as soon as possible I ordered a pair as urgent and it’s been 10 business days and my glasses have still not arrived. Bad service, no follow up and no reliability. Not going to be a return customer

I was visiting Milton from Ottawa, when I broke my glasses. Called these guys on a Saturday with my Rx and they were able to turn around a pair of glasses for me in about an hour. They also took my old lenses and were able to shape them to fit into another set of frames so I have a backup.They were polite and courteous and I am very thankful for the service that I received in the timely manner that I did!

Best customer services! So many different brands, must be the only optical in milton that has so many variety. Akbar has helped pick a frame that is most suitable for my face. Direct billing from my insurance also done for me . He is very knowledge and very approachable. I will definitely recommend this store.

3 star because it’s an optical place who “NO LONGER” sell contact lenses.Used to get my prescription glasses and contact lenses here before when I had insurance. No issues then.This time around… I recently called to ask for the cost of refill on contact lenses and advise the insurance on file is no longer active and I do not have coverage so I would have to pay for all the balance.Lady on the phone asked for all my information and then quickly put me on hold to speak with the manager about what the cost would be. When she got back on the phone, she advised they no longer sell contact lenses.

This is the best optical store! I had a great experience with Zehra and Akbar. The store had great variety of brand name frames accommodate to my budget. They even claimed from my insurance directly it was very hassle free purchase. I would definitely recommend it to everyone I know!

Worst eye glass place in milton. Terrible service, blame-avoiding staff (just look at how the respond to the comments on reviews) and the ratings and reviews prove it. Not sure why anyone would go here. Many better options. Treat your customers with respect and accept responsibility when you don't.

If i could give a 0 I would. This store is extremely unprofessional and were incredibly rude. Seeing that I am a paying customer i should be treated with respect. Also flagging honest customer reviews is another example of how unprofessional they are. Next time work towards being better and apologizing instead of dismissing peoples concerns.

Best experience I've had at any eye glasses place, especially during covid times. They are prepared, clean and safety measures in place. They also went above and beyond to help fix my shatter lens and called to keep me informed. Great service! Highly recommend especially to families as they are patient and friendly for entire family.

We used to go to another optical store in Milton before we switched over to Phoenix Optical due to Akbar and Zehra's excellent customer service. Their eye exam doctor was very friendly and detail-oriented. Loved the direct billing. Highly recommend for those who need better service and quality for their budget.
