Niagara Inn

Nice little place that will be super cute once the owners finish with the remodel.The bed was super comfy.The owners were very nice and really want you to fill comfortable.As they clearly state, they are still remodeling so something's are not perfect yet but it's still a nice place.

At first i liked how lady at front desk was so polite and very welcoming but There was no Hangers in shower. Bathtub would fill with water after shower, there were no tissue papers in the room and most importantly One of my friends was on her period and she accidentally stained the sheets which is not exactly her fault. They kept $200 deposit just for the stains and just for that $200 they probably lost a potential Guest for sure. One thing that i like was that they have smart TV.

This place is super clean, cute, and safe. The staff were friendly, and super loving and doting over my baby :) Great location. Really good quality heating and AC. Super safe door lock system.We came for a dance competition and saved a fortune staying here. It is max 7 min drive from all the tourist stuff.The managers are super solid, kind and genuine people. I wish we had more time to chat.A total gem.

BEWARE!!!! if you don't mind sleeping in a dirty room and having a cold shower, then this is the place to stay. Way over priced for a run down motel room. As another review mentioned the full sized bed" was NOT fit for 2 people. They have a nice TV in the room and that's all.As an owner take responsibility for bad accommodations instead of being defensive. Your other guests had hot water BUT ours didn't! The pics show a clean room which they're not. It's way overpriced and people should be aware of the false advertisements! In this case you DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!! All low reviews you as the owner have attacked the customer instead of trying to make it better."

Great night's sleep in a comfy bed with large screen tv and efficient wall mounted hvac system. 'Would definitely recommend for value and budget!!

Horrible experience, rooms are so below any standards that you can't find in Canada or USA. We asked to change the room and both rooms that were offered to us were smelly, cigarette smell. The bed was totally uncomfortable, very small for a full size bed, there is no way that 2 people can sleep comfortably in that size bed. The fridge was totally dirty, very obvious that were not clean. The main door of the room has multiple gaps that you can see the street light and hear the noise of the other tenants staying outside and smoking. The windows are blocked by the AC which was tapped all rounded and with multiple air gaps. Totally unsafe to stay, considering that the all the rooms are on ground floor. I really felt that I was travelling in the most poorest and unsafe neighborhood. I understand that this is a motel but still to this day I have not yet come across an motel like that. We ended up leaving the room as we could not stay not even 30 min. The hotel tried to give us another room which was even worst.The hotel refused to reimburse us the payment even though the advertisement was super deceiving, and so be careful not to fall for it as has nothing to do with how the rooms are actually. In the end we filed complains with Canadian authorities and disputed the charges with our credit card which we ended up to be refunded.In response to the Owner who replied to my comment on 03/07/2023: MY REVIEW IS NOT A MISTAKE I CAN ASSURE YOU. YOUR OWN PICTURES, POSTED IN GOOGLE, CONFIRMS THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY and you can also see the attached pictures I took and you can research my name.You are trying to be clever with your replies its a mistake or the wrong property" but the truth is the conditions of your property are very poor below any standards in Canada. And the description and the pictures used for advertisement are VERY MISSLEADING."

Ricky and Jay are truly our life saver this day. We came from a different hotel, (which we had a nightmare) move in to Niagara Inn at midnight with my kids. But these 2 people are wonderful. They accommodate us and welcome us and make us feel important during our stay. Niagara Inn might not be big as the other hotel, but they have the best staff and very good facility. Good and clean rooms, nice beds and air conditioning very relaxing. Will definitely come back here. Thank you for working on a father’s day especially to Jay.

Think he liked it, for the time to search area. Found EVERYONE AND EVERTHING. BYE. Stayed inn nice room. He had no complaints said everything was great. All sides too see in Niagara and Family. Bye.

Misleading website description! The room smells like mildew, rust and cigarette combined although they said is smoke free. The air conditioner is not properly attached to window you can easily push the air conditioner in and get inside the room. It is creepy sleeping in. My husband and I left the place not getting the risk to get sick!

Visited Canada side of Niagara and were looking at many hotel options 10 mile radius of Niagara . Found this place and booked it . Location wise , it’s good - it’s like 5-7 mins from Niagara Canada side . There are few restaurants near the hotel / Tim hortons etc. they don’t have a cafe or food in the premises . Super friendly owners/employees.. they were really helpful and always smiling .. internet was a bit slow .. kids had to be in ground floor outside the room for better internetThe rooms were ok. I mean for the price , it’s not worth it . We paid about 233 usd for this :( if the price was 70-100 usds then I would have given a 5 star review . Toooooo expensive for a 1 star . Rooms were ok.. comfortable beds . Smalll standing bathrooms . And renovation still going on on the other side . People smoke outside which can leak into ur rooms . Overall it was average but just for the service I’m giving 3 stars :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️
