Excellent service by Keith and his staff on getting the truck in to the shop in a timely fashion.Updates through the whole process were also timely.

If we could describe our experience in one word it would simply be: amazing!The staff at Rope and Tye, worked on our unit like a pit crew does a racer, with an impressive team working skill they knocked a full maintenance check in under 45 minutes.Not only was the service professional but the team was so courteous and knowledgable.I'll make it a pit stop for sure even if I have to do a detour to get serviced here!!Kudos to you!

They ran a diagnostic check on my truck to see if can track down power loss , couldn't find anything wrong other 1 hot code ,seems good now .

This shop does honest work. They do their best to keep your truck on the road, working late or even over the weekend once so the truck would be ready for Sunday morning. May not do it every time but they do their best. Also the wait time to get in is much shorter than a regular shop.

Good service. Nice people. Took my 53' step deck in for electrical issues and they easily took care of it.

Left 2 of my trucks and trailers here for three weeks to get some small issues fixed. Both of them came out with more problems than to begin with! The owners did not seem to really care, they just wanted their money. I've used this shop for so many years, but I just can't give them any more chances. You've lost my business Rope and Tye.

Fabulous! Never experienced anything even close to their level of service, from first callout to the end I was blown away. On a rd trip from BC my trucks fuel pump gave up on the hwy on the fri afternoon on a long weekend. Between wonderful office staff, top notch service mechanic, popows towing, the super awesome guys in the shop, we were taken care of to the tee! They took care of getting ahold of a new pump, and installing it (not a fun job!)on last second notice, they agreed to work later that day to get it done for us, nobody else would tackle the job till the following Wednesday! Very much enjoyed dealing with them every step of the way!To top it all off.... they specialize in heavy equipment and such, I had a dodge 1500.... they went to every end to take perfect care of us, for something they didn't even need to so much as look at... they delivered impeccable service!Hands down they are my recommendation if you are looking for a heavy mechanic. Its a experience like non other!!Keith, Clay, Paul and ladies in the office thanks a million for taking care of us! You all were wonderful to deal with!
