Horrendous service. The online order with 1-7 business days delivery took 2.5 weeks. I called customer support 4-5 times and after 10+ mins waiting every time I didn’t get through once. Filled out online request and no one got back to me either.When the order was finally ready for pick up, they made us wait in line outside of the store and when we got in there were maybe 4 other people in the store. They just keep people outside to create the visibility of how “busy” the store is. Lol, never again.

Purchased a Boys Nike Tech online because it was sold out in store. When the item didn’t fit, I tried to return it in store within the week, unworn, with the tags on and receipt in hand. I was told they could not take it back. That their head office needed to approve it and to call their Customer Service line. I called and I called and I called for days during their posted service hours and not once did someone pick up the phone. I also emailed several times with no response. I completed their online form for return and still no response. Crazy that I had to I resort to selling the item on Facebook Marketplace. Shame on you JD Sports. You won’t get my business again.

Visited this location on jube 27 after 7pm and they were extremely busy and under staffed...but I can tell you this!!! Those employees did not miss a beat and provided the best service that I have had in a long time. My hats off to the entire staff. I will be going back there again.Amazing job !!! I would give them 10 stars if the system allowed it.

This store dose not fufill online orders . They have no customer service . They hide behind a no return policy. If you order a matching shoes pants and jacket . If they can't get the pants they will refund you and demand you pay for the rest. If you try to be polite with them they just stop taking your calls . They depend on the fact that people will loose there temper so they can hang up.I have always been nice and yet they have blocked me from calling the store call us on Tuesday. Tuesday comes number blocked

Do not order online. Ordered to pick up at vmills store, went to pick up and 1/4 items was there even though confirmation said everything was there and ready. emailed multiple times no response, called multiple times no response. basically stole my money for the missing items.

This company is a joke. I was to pick up my order in 1-7 days and it’s been a week. I sent 4 emails and tried calling them and no one has responded. No one answers your calls or emails. I am livid! I just want to pick up my order asap as I am moving and won’t be able to get to Vaughan mills again as easily. Never ordering from them again. The store also doesn’t answer their phones as they’re too busy chatting amongst themselves.

The online ordering system is horrible. I have tried calling the number, was in the live chat queue for hours and got kicked out various time. I also tried calling the number and it just rings. I was provide with no response to numerous inquiries about an order that was unfulfilled. Requested for a refund and never got a response. Please fix this. NEVER ORDER ONLINE

Would have to agree with the online ordering system comments- terrible service and no response to numerous inquiries. I submitted a return request Jan 2 for shoes that don't fit my daughter, can't access my online account, no reply to numerous emails sent, the online chat is not an online chat but rather an email submission, and the 1-800 phone number just rings.

Whatever you do, do NOT order online from this company. I ordered a pair of new balances and returned them in store. It’s been WEEKS and I have yet to receive my refunded amount. I have several emails exchanged with customer service requesting updates on the status of my refund. Each reply from them states they need another ‘7 business days’. After weeks of these replies, I have still not been given my money back. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from here again.

Terrible staff, rude and unprofessional. Manager was rude and wouldn’t look at me while she was explaining to me that the back of their store is so messy they couldn’t find my online order. I waited 25 minutes while they checked, and every time an associate went in or out of the back I could see the blonde girl that was supposed to be looking for my order just standing around talking. Actual joke of a store
