The food is what we all love the place is a nightmare. The floor is soo sticky that we just stand in one spot until I pay. I get a workout. Gravy is a hit miss cus if they don’t have enough for the afternoon they add water to too it up cus some times the gravy barely covers a fry. It’s soo thin. And if drive through screws up and you go in to correct it they stare like your asking for free food.

Food was cold. Had stomach pains after eating for hours. I’d rather wait 5-10min for hot food than instantly be served cold food that I didn’t feel well after eating from. Zinger Box Combo I’ve order from other locations without ever having this issue.

The chicken is amazing!! I went there with a friend and she didn't have to wait long for her food to get ready. But maybe because when we went, there wasn't alot of people. Anyways, I recommend to everyone!!

Since when did the gravy change. Taste was horrible no flavor chicken was garbage. This will be the last time i will eat KFC. I will stick to Msry Browns and Rowdy Bird both have best quality. So disappointing and even waited 20 mins for delivery when it was supposed to be 5 pm.

I ordered a spicy slider fillup combo asked it to be WITHOUT lettuce. Got home, and it had lettuce inside.This is literally the 3rd time it has happened. My reciept clearly says NO LETTUCE, do your employees not read the screen when preparing orders???? I am on my lunch break, i do not have time to go back and wait while you fix the order, and while my other food gets cold.Management needs to do better at this location

Earlier this location used to be really good but now whole staff has changed. They will never give you complete order, something is always missed. So make sure you check before you leave this place. They don't know their own promotions or they don't want to offer that.

Well we just stop by there to get Tuesday special.Lady who took our order extremely rude looks like done for the day.( I guess manager lady with glasses).She asked with fries, I asked her is there any price difference ? She ignore the questions and directly said your total $16 and some change for 3 Tuesday special. Over asking agin she mentioned no price difference but it will be cheaper. Got home and check the bill 3 special if you say yes for fries they charge extra $2.00 each special and at the end Tuesday special for $4.99.worst fries I Threw in garbage.

Very poor customer service. Every time we go to this location and ask for all dark meat they told us we cannot get all dark meat. The lady is very rude. You either want customers or you don't. This is the worst location will be contacting head office.

Drove to get to this location cuz it's the closest. Was looking for extra crispy chicken that was just added back to the menu. We were told at 5:30 that it was sold out and they won't be making more. Decided to get chicken anyway seeing as we drove all that way. What a mistake! The chicken was over cooked and dried out. After eating at home I sent pictures to KFC and was told I would be contacted to make this Right. That was 4 days ago and no answer from the store. After reading other reviews it seems this store is not worth going to
