I have been taking French lessons with Ingrid for over a year now.What I love the most about them is that we do a lot of improvisation games, which is a lot of fun, it engages your creative side and you get to speak a lot in French.I have improved drastically since my first session in both my speaking and understanding. I love it that Ingrid makes a video at the start and at the end of each month, so I can see how much I have improved.The groups are always very small, between 2 and 4 people, which is amazing as each person gets a lot of time to speak. We always have a laugh together, it's so much fun, just like meeting up with friends.I would definitely recommend Ingrid's lessons to anyone who wants to improve their French.

I’ve been learning French for 15 years and always had trouble gaining confidence speaking. Ingrid’s classes are super fun. She always has new games for us that make it feel like a group of friends hanging out. My speaking confidence increased to the point that I now feel confident speaking French in meetings at work.

I took French sessions through Improv games with Ingrid and I really enjoyed it.Ingrid helped me feel more confident, and free myself of the fear of making mistakes in French.I always laugh at every single session, I think it's the best way to learn !I really love all the improv games and role plays we did together, I would always come to her session with a smile (knowing i'm going to have fun) and have my belly and cheeks hurt after.If she would have done her session the academic way I wouldn't go, but her uniqueness really strikes me.If you want to improve your confidence in French speaking, I urge you to take some French classes with Ingrid.Merci Ingrid pour tout ce que tu m'as apporté !

I’ve been interested and passionate about the language since I was 16. Over time I’ve learned bits and pieces through school and on my own. During the pandemic it was a happy coincidence that I found Ingrid on eventbrite. She is friendly, creative, and interactive. As any caring and impactful teacher, she always finds ways to ensure that the lessons and activities are tweaked to fit everyone’s level. The reality is that we as students will always be at different levels within different aspects of language acquisition.Ingrid knows this and that is why she so seamlessly makes it all work for us. Her dedication is to be applauded and recognized. I am proud to be one of her students that is continuing to pursue a passion with someone just as passionate.Also, this is important. Ingrid always finds opportunities to help you to remember important phrases throughout any interaction. Seamless! It’s never a dull moment, especially through improv. Merci à mille fois.
