PDS Diagnostic Imaging

Today I've had 3 procedures of PDS Diagnostic Imaging at Polyclinic Family at 2 Champagne Drive .The provider was Mrs. Irina B. who has absolutely gentle approaching to each of the three procedures. I had a recent visit this week at PDS. This was my third visit in total for the past year or so. All the visits have gone very well.The ladies at the reception are very helpful and try to accommodate scheduling as best as possible. On my last visit they followed up with calling me to provide a better schedule date, since my testing was urgent.The technicians and doctor ( x-ray, ultrasound, biopsy) were patient, helpful, efficient, with great bed side manner".While it's not always easy to get appointments exactly as needed

I had very good experience at PDS Diagnostic imaging in January, Irina B. did a great work, she had done ultrasound really gentle and professional, many thanks to this ultrasound location.

I showed up to an appointment on November 18th that I booked on the phone weeks before and the receptionists said I was booked in for a completely different day and time that I never agreed to. The date they had booked in did not even make sense because I would've been at work at that time. They were unapologetic about it, and told me if I waited it would be a very long wait time. However, Irina (I think that's her name) the technician was super sweet and squeezed me in between patients. I didn't even have to wait that long. She was super caring during the appointment. Thank you!

Very professional and friendly , specially the receptionist Eleanor who handled my case with care , She has amazing personality and will do her best to help clients . I recommend this place to everyone .

Amazing experience!Went on a Saturday morning for a walk-in Xray, reception was very nice and the wait was very short (maybe 10 minutes? We had one person in front of us).We were there to rule out a rib fracture. The technician was professional, thorough, walked my husband through the process and the images he was getting as he was getting them, and worked around his lack of mobility due to pain.Results were also available very quick; images were up within 24 hours on Pocket health and the report less than 48 (impressive since it was a weekend). He also let my husband look at the images while in the clinic (being clear and careful that he can't give a diagnosis, but gave some peace of mind).Also a very clean facility and easy parking.

Dr. Korb is a true gem :)Thanks to his expertise the two biopsies he did yesterday were quick with minimal discomfort.Thank you both for making an anxiety-provoking experience so much better than anticipated.
