Staff were awsome! From the minute I walked in with a half-baked idea they were offering ideas and input. Then the next day, I strolled in 3 minutes before closing and had the same awsome treatment. Roof basket looks great too guys!

I recently brought my highlander in to united hitch to have hitch put on. I had such a great experience I was so impressed with the workmanship and even had some laughs over the jokes it was great . I would go there again anytime . I highly recommend this place. Great attitude smile galore and they make you feel so relaxed. Thanks a million guys.

What can I say the guys have always been so great. But the other day I came in with a bit of a problem and instead Of just passing it off or making me feel as if it was my own problem. The guy simply said what day would work for you and we will get that fixed and swapped right out no charge. I don’t know about the rest of you out there these days but I think customer service has almost completely disappeared. And all I can say is it was a breath of fresh air not having to argue or do anything at all simply just getting extremely good service and good quality workmanship thank you guys

Best and genuine service. The guy there (probably the owner) helped us finding a hitch that we needed ASAP . He did calls and researches for us. He could have just said he din't have it but he helped us until the end. I recommend this store to everybody
