I like it here, the staff was very nice!

Very friendly and helpful stuff, lots good deals of gunpla highly recommended!

They follow you around and bother to much when you are just trying to look. It was annoying.l did end up purchasing items the quality of the plushies are not worth the prices they think they are.

Like another review mentioned, staff were incredibly overbearing and kept hovering while I was trying to browse. I understand they are just doing their jobs (part of it being loss prevention) but they could have given me a bit more space instead of basically watching over my shoulder. They were mostly friendly when ringing me up though.Also, the store looked well maintained and the selection was good. Lots of great gift items! There was a decent sale going on too - buy 1 get 1 half off or buy 2 get 1 free! However, the quality of the merchandise leaves something to be desired. Some of the plushies had ripped/loose threads.Overall, this place did well in being a novelty items shop (and it's expected that those things are lower quality), but the experience with the staff was kind of uncomfortable.

Fraud, I bought 3 badges expecting the 3rd one to be free, and 3 toys expecting the third one to be free. sellers do not say that the promotion is for the entire store, and as a result, you get a free badge for two toys, and another free badge for a toy and a badge. Overpaid a significant amount of money, although he could have paid with two checks. Of course they don't have a refund. I won't come to this store again

Super friendly and helpful staffs!! Tons of great gifts idea as well!! For sure will come back shop again!
