When searching for a reliable fencing team, I conducted thorough research, and Marco stood out as the perfect choice. His responsiveness was outstanding, and the project was completed with record time. The team efficiently carried out the installation, causing minimal disruption. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to excellent customer service. They even effortlessly incorporated my personal latch lock into the gate. We hired Universal Fencing, and at first Marco was on top of it. What followed was anything but professional. A barrage of excuses as to why he couldn't work, crooked posts, inability to remove and discard debris from existing chain link fence, less then professional responses when questioned about the lack of work completed. We ended up spending money to clean up the mess made and have had to hire an additional person to finish the work. His delays created a major timeline issue for completion, and left us in a terrible position with both neighbours, one neighbour was selling, and the other had his gate removed and not reinstalled. From Oct 18-Nov 8th he worked 1 DAY and wants to keep 4000.00. Filed with the BBB and initiated legal action. The photos are indicative of a less then professional job!

I recommend Universal Fencing Designs. Marco installed a back gate in my existing chain link fence. He was responsive to my initial inquiry and installed my gate in a timely, agreed schedule. His work was tidy and respectful of my request. The quote provided and billing was consistent and effortless. The entire experience was professional and friendly. I will contact Marco again in the future for fencing needs.

Marco and his team were an absolute joy to work with. Only took them two days to install our 6ft privacy fence, plus a fence and gate combo at the end of our driveway. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend Universal Fencing Designs to all my friends and family. Marco was amazing and he answered numerous questions. I was able to reach him any time of day on the phone or e-mail him with all my questions. The fence was for my mom's house and she wanted things a certain way so this is why I kept calling and e-mailing him. Marco was amazing and he answered everything even if the questions sounded ridiculous. This really put my mom and I at ease. In the end, Marco did everything exactly as my mom wanted it. The Universal Fencing Designs team was very professional, friendly and hard working. They were punctual and they delivered as promised.I had contacted numerous companies before Universal Fencing Designs and they were all so expensive and they didn't want to do a 6 foot chain link fence. Most of the other fence companies kept recommending a 4 foot high chain link which my mom did not want. Marco was able to do an amazing job installing a black 6 foot chain link fence for a great price. The majority of the companies quoted me ridiculous prices and some even asked for double the price of what Marco had quoted me!!! My mom was extremely pleased with the exceptional service and value that she got for her money. I would advise you to forget about all those other companies that are trying to rip you off and get the most amount of money out of your pocket. Very impressive how they install the gate so quickly and efficiently. I’m glad that we found them. Our gate is nicely done!

just had universal complete a list of huge residential and commercial jobs this season. couldn't be happier with my expiriences with them for the past 5 plus years! on time and hard working when the weather would let them to get the jobs finished and looking great! I would upload pictures but I have too many . now that they have done such an amazing job at all my properties and businesses they have received all the contracts for my properties for snow removal and salting as well! I highly highly recommend marco and his guys. neat tidy punctual and never an excuse other then bad weather which is perfectly fine by me! cheers and I hope your experience with universal is as good as mine has been and everyone else I have referred them to! thanks again marco! keep on building!
