Very friendly and knowledgeable. I have no idea about competitive prices, but it seemed fair with the last time I'd been to a vet. They were very gentle with my cat, and were able to get me some test results back live. Seems like a good fit for my cat.

I had to take James in for tooth cleaning. Dr. Murray and the staff were all very kind and efficient. They took the time to explain the operation, results, and home care. I have been going to them for a number of years and find them to be excellent. James says thank you as well.

It was extremely difficult to get an urgent appointment and it took several phone calls before my senior cat was able to be seen (Understandable given the pandemic). My main complaint is that I was told bloodwork for my cat would take 10-15 minutes and someone would see me soon, however I sat and waited for over an hour before I gave up and had to go to reception myself to find out what was going on. There was a problem with their machine yet no one took a moment to let me know, my partner and toddler daughter were waiting in the parking lot and I could have made alternate arrangements home had they informed me.However, I'm still giving four stars regardless. My cat had to be put down unexpectedly and they fit me in that day. The vet and staff who assisted were incredibly compassionate, professional, and kind, and walked me through every step. They treated my beloved pet with dignity and were understanding and empathetic and made an extremely difficult process easier. I hope they continue to improve on their customer service, otherwise their care is excellent and thorough.
