Not very impressed with the company. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still sleeping on the floor. No calls nothing. Poor business

Management of their transportation vehicles is horrible. Their cars are constantly blocking the entirety of the Jacombs Business Centre and they just sit there without any due care. Even when you wave to get their attention, they just look at you and then laugh when you try to indicate that you're trying to park in a legitimate spot in other businesses.

We went through the ministry of social services, so it took a few weeks but the staff at WRAGS was always quick to reply to my emails and upfront in their communication. The bed was new, in the package and came with a box spring and frame.

I got king mattress and box spring todayBoth items are like almost like newGuys who came to drop it off we’re very helpfulI got scammed by someone facebook then I decided to go with these guys I was very skeptical about it but it turned out to be the best experience I’m very satisfied with service and itemWill always come back to them ♥️♥️♥️

Took a bit of time to hear back, probably about three weeks or a month but when I did it was swift and they called to deliver the next day.I think a lot of grace should be given especially when they’re provided a needed service, I understood it is based on demand and the volume they have, so I wasn’t impatient and almost didn’t expect I was going to hear from them. I am so grateful that despite it taking a bit of time, they did contact me and exceed expectations.Bed I received was phenomenal, I also receive a frame and bedding.Delivery people were quick, strong and professional. 10/10 experience super grateful for this resource.

I had such an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and easy to connect with. The service was outstanding. I was very happy and grateful. The bed was superb. Great business and customer service.

I was impressed with there delivery service and how kind the two guys were that brought me my bed. I got a queen size pillowtop mattress and box spring that is in awesome condition. Its clean, sanitized and was wrapped in plastic. I also got a frame that was new in the box. Keep up the good work. Thanks WRAGS

They mean wait bed blankets, and pillows and sheets it’s out of their way and it’s close to Richmond like really my daughters body is getting poked everywhere but the spring and they don’t care. It’s too much of a care to bring the bed where we’re going to get it after Christmas come on this is Christmas give me a gift to give us the bed like really that’s mean

VERY disappointed w this organization, as I’ve been waiting for going on 5 weeks for my mattress, box spring and frame and am currently sleeping on the floor…I’ve called and left messages multiple times w no one EVER calling me back. I was originally told it would be a a 7-10 day wait because of where I live…(I live in Ladner literally 15 minutes from their location.) They did call me randomly last minute about 3.5 weeks ago to say they were going to be in my area btwn 10 am and 1:30pm that day when I explained I had hospital appointments that day, so they said they could drop it all off in front of my door…I said that wouldn’t work as it was raining and my door doesn’t have a covered area like a porch, carport etc…nvr heard from them again..If I had the funds to just go out and buy a mattress set I would but don’t…I’m on a fixed income w zero wiggle room $ wise…

I have waited since January for beds for my kids and myself. New to BC. Still haven’t received our mattresses. I suffer from chronic back and nerve pain. Tina said she called me but she didn’t. I checked my call logs back to the 15th of January. I spoke to her again today and she called me a liar in so many words and by the end of the call I was crying. My children and I are now sleeping on the floor because our air mattresses popped.I asked her when would my Matt be delivered and she said she had no idea.I called the ministry and they talked to them 2x today. I was told that WRAGS will call me today or tomorrow and I should receive a mattress by the end of this week. I will update when we receive our beds. I cannot wait to get off my floor.They got us the mattress the following Monday. Amazing beds. My son got an endy
